This is the end of my very long journey of Lights Camera Outsiders! Every single person that has laid their eyes on my writing has meant the world to me. I cannot thank you enough for supporting me and commenting and voting and reading. Your support and love means everything to me and has made my life seem a little better. But I will say that this is not the end of Matt and Essie because I'm going to do a sequel called Lights Camera Rumblefish, and I would love to see your support there too. Thank you so much for reading, and Stay Gold.

"Hey, I'm leaving now. The cab's here to bring me to the airport," Tommy knocked on the open hotel door. I stopped folding Matt's jeans and faced Tommy.
"Aw, you are?"
"Yeah." I went and gave him a big hug.
"I don't want to seem like I'm getting sappy, but I'll really miss you," he said.
"I'll miss you too."
"But I really hope you can come work on other movies with me."
"Yes, I will. I'll do that if you just call me," I said. He smiled.
"Thanks, Essie..." He hugged me again.
"You have my address in New York so you can-"
"Yeah, I do. And I got your phone number in New York," he said.
"Alright. Be safe."
"Okay," he leaned down with a smile and kissed my cheek.
"Bye," He said before leaving, pulling his luggage. I wiped underneath my eyes and went back to packing when Matt came back in the room to Emilio and Rob.
"Hey! You going downstairs for breakfast?" Emilio said, laying his hand on my shoulder and kissing my temple.
"No, I still have to pack my bag," I said.
"Wait, you're packing Matt's?" Rob said.
"Yeah," I said.
"No, no, no, no, I'll do it. You pack your bag," Matt said.
"Tommy just left," I said.
"We said bye to him at breakfast," Rob said.
"You guys going back to LA?" I asked.
"Yeah, Rob and Cruise are staying at my house for a while," Emilio said.
"Fun."
"If I get any call on a movie, you're the first person I'm gonna call," Emilio said.
"What are you gonna do about Christine?" I said to Rob.
"She's Comin back with me to LA. We're not living together...we're just together," he said.
"Do you plan on living with her one day?"
"I don't know....we can't move as fast as you and Matt," he said.
"Are you gonna call me for any movie?"
"Yeah. In fact, I got a script in and I'm looking at you and I'll talk to you," he said.
"You have my phone number?" I said.
"Yeah. I'm coming to the wedding," he said.
"Uh, yeah, you better," I said.
"Okay, okay."
"And you...I'm gonna visit you in LA," I turned to Emilio.
"Yes. You can stay at my house and meet my dad. I told him about you."
"You told Martin Sheen about me?"
He laughed.
"Yeah. He likes the sound of you."
"Oh my gosh, don't. I'd die if I met your dad."
"Yeah...he'll love you," he said.
"And you are coming to the wedding?"
"I wouldn't miss it for the world, darlin," he said, kissing my forehead.
"Okay..."
"Look, Essie, we're catching that same plane as Tommy so we're gonna go to the airport. I love you," Emilio said.
"Yeah, we love you," Rob said. I wrapped them in a hug before we heard a knock on the hotel door.
"Okay, I got you some breakfast, and brought you someone to say goodbye to," Matt said, walking in. I didn't even know he left. Patrick stood behind him. I broke through Emilio and Rob and ran to give Patrick a gigantic hug.
"I really have to run, but I need to say goodbye. I have your phone number and I'll definitely be at your wedding," Patrick said.
"Okay thank you," I said.
"And you'll see me in Texas and meet Lisa."
"Yes, definitely."
"Okay, good. I'll see you. See you, Matt," Patrick hugged Matt before leaving.
"Okay, we're gonna go bring our bags to the airport," Emilio said. I started to cry, actually crying. And tears started to fall down my face.
"Okay...y'all be safe," I said. Emilio hugged me again and kissed my cheek before squeezing my hand.
"Okay. I'll call you in a couple days," Emilio said.
"Thank you." Rob came up and hugged me, laying his chin on my head.
"I'll call you when I get to LA," he said.
"You be good to Christine, okay? She deserves the best," I said.
"She does...and I'll try to be the best," he said.
"Okay..I'll see you soon," I said.
"Okay," he kissed my cheek and walked out.
"You good now?" Matt came up behind me.
"No...there's still Cruise and Christine," I said. And right after I said that, Christine knocked on the door, her hair a frantic mess, and pulling a suitcase behind her.
"Hi, I'm already late so I'll just say a quick goodbye cause I'll see you in like two weeks," she said.
"Alright, bye," I said. She hugged both me and Matt, kissing Matt on the cheek.
"Bye," she said before running off.
"Okay, zip up your suitcase and we can go to Susie's," I said to Matt.
"Okay," he zipped up his suitcase and started stacking clothes in mine.
"Hey, you two. Checkout time," Cruise said behind us.
"Yeah," I sighed and turned around.
"Hey...you're cryin?" Cruise said. I nodded.
"Aw, come here," he pulled me into a hug.
"I will talk to you once I land in LA, okay? Or you can just call me whenever," Cruise said.
"Alright."
"Look, uh, I know it's been a hard shot for everyone and I just want to say I'm sorry..."
"It's okay...it's getting better."
"Okay. You're fantastic, you know that?"
"No."
"Well you are, okay? Matt, take good care of her," Cruise said.
"Will do," Matt said. They shook hands and Matt led him to the door.
"I'll see you guys really soon," Cruise said.
"Okay," I said, reaching out my hand and meeting him halfway. He squeezed and kissed my cheek.
"Okay, bye," he said.
"Bye." Matt closed the door behind him.
"Finally we can pack," he said, walking back to the bed.
"You know we'll be back here soon," I said.
"Yeah, I know. I can't wait for that," he said.
"You know I'm happy for Christine and Rob," I said.
"Me too."
"You know if we ever were to leave New York to live somewhere else, we could live here," I said.
"I'd really rather not. Especially after fighting that gang," Matt said.
"Okay, okay..."
"New York's amazing, Essie. You'll never want to leave once you get used to it."
"Sure."
"You know one day when you're a big star, you're gonna think of this town as just a filming location, where lots of stuff happened but you know what I'll always call this place?"
"Hmm?"
"Home."
