When they arrived on the island, the fresh sea breeze swept through their hair. Mai Ding was dumbfounded as he stared at the beautiful scenery in front of him. The deep blue sea and the golden beaches made the white clouds look even more white. Mai Ding ran forward in joy, but quickly remembered how he had gotten lost the day before, so he could only run back and forth in joy. An Ziyan watched Mai Ding, who created countless footprints in the sand as he paced around. It felt as if he was taking his pet dog out for a walk.

Mai Ding looked back at An Ziyan and felt a pang jealousy once again. People who look good are so lucky; even if they're just casually walking in front of a beautiful scenery, they turn into a living painting. When An Ziyan caught up with Mai Ding, Mai Ding grabbed An Ziyan's hand, feeling incredibly proud. If the opportunity presents itself, then you have to take it and show off. That's why they say that for men, it's better to marry someone good-looking than to be born good-looking. For Mai Ding, he felt that he himself had risen to another level just by marrying someone so handsome.

However, An Ziyan did indeed attract some people's attention. Even though they were overseas and walked amongst many beautiful blondes, his looks didn't lose to theirs at all. Actually, the fact that he looked different only made him even more attractive.

When they arrived at their place of stay, Mai Ding went crazy. The hut was built on top of the ocean and although it didn't seem very big, there was a special feeling to it. Inside the house, the floor underneath their feet was glass, which allowed them to see the ocean water and the occasional fish swim by. Mai Ding exclaimed: "Wow, look at the see-through floor! Wow, you can see the ocean from the bed! Wow, this place is awesome!"

"Can you be a little quieter?"

"How can I express my excitement if I'm quiet? Besides, its just the two of us in this room and you've already seen me at my ugliest. What else am I afraid of? We're already an old couple so its not like we have to keep up appearances anymore."

"Looks like you're well on your way to becoming an old woman."

"Poverty cannot make him serve from principle and riches cannot corrupt him. Have you ever heard of this saying? A wife who goes through the hardships of poverty cannot be resented."

"So you're admitting that you're a poor wife?"

"Anyways, just don't ever do anything cruel like leave me in the future because no one would want me afterwards. In this day and age, men who are divorced are worthless and men who are divorced with another man are even more worthless." Mai Ding's directionless rambles pulled the discussion topic to an entirely different place.

"Depends on my mood." An Ziyan carelessly said as he walked away to open the window. The wind took the opportunity to enter the room and rustled the white and blue curtains.

"Oh please! Don't think I won't push you into the ocean and feed you to the sharks! How can something like this depend on your mood?" Mai Ding took a moment to think things through, then made a compromise: "How about this: if you get bored of me one day, I'll live with my family for a few days, we'll separate for a little while, and then when we get back together, it'll be like we're in a second honeymoon phase."

"Don't be dumb."

Even though he was scolded, Mai Ding still giggled. Then, he took out his swimming trunks from his suitcase. Mai Ding couldn't wait to feel Maldives' waters on his skin. He looked at An Ziyan and brought his trunks up to his chest to cover himself with it: "I think it's best that I change in the washroom so that I'm not seen by someone."
