While Mateo continued to work on Kristina, she sat there and told them everything about Malcolm Knight, from his plans to his lawyers. She told them about the fight with Terah and what happened with her Father. She just laid everything out on the table, she bore a piece of her soul and it felt good.

"So where is Malcolm now?" Ian asks.

"I don't know. Living large more than likely."

"You should throw his ass in prison." Mateo says.

"I told her that." Javier says to him.

"I really don't want this to turn into a big thing."

"It is a big thing. He almost raped you." Ian says.

"He could do this to another girl. You're just letting him get away with this." Mateo says to her.

"I'm meeting with the lawyers in a week or two so it's final." she says to them.

"You still have time to think about it."

"What about your parents? How long will they be treating you like this?" Ian asks.

"I just have to walk a straight line." she answers.

"Or get fucked up." Javier says.

"Pretty much." she responds.

"That's bullshit." Javier says with anger.

"You could run away and come stay with me. You already have a room." Ian says.

Javier grills him, Whoa, whoa, whoa, he's being a bit too friendly. Who does this guy think he is? "Or you can stay with me."

Mateo looks at Javier because he already knows his situation, "Krissy, you are more than welcome to stay with me. After all I am an adult."

"Thanks guys but I'm not going to run away." she tells them.

"It's not running away if you tell them you're leaving." Ian says.

Kristina laughs, "Running away is not an option."

"It's a quarter to 1pm. What time do your parents come home?" Mateo asks.

"Between 4:30 and 5:30pm." she answers.

"As much as I would love to stay with you, I gotta run sweetheart." Mateo says as he gets up from her bed.

"Thanks you for taking care of me. It means alot." she says as she gets up to hug.
