It's been a week since Javier has heard of Kristina and it's been driving him crazy, which upsets him because he has so much other things to worry about like finding a new job and figuring out how to live with Michelle. Sitting on his living room couch he throws his phone at the wall, it's his 30th time calling Kristina and it goes to voicemail. Thank God I have a case.
"You still breaking shit?" Michelle says as she walks out of the kitchen. "You're 'girl' still ain't hit you back yet?" Javier rolls his eyes and ignores her comment. "What happened? You broke her heart too?"
"You don't even have a heart to break."
"I'm just going to ignore you."
"Yea how about you do that." he says as his apartment door opens. He turns and sees his mother walk into the house. Now I gotta with this one.
"HI MOMMY!" Michelle squeals as she runs over to hug Slyvia.
"Oh my gosh what a surprise!" Slyvia squeals also, but pushes Michelle back, "Don't put your face on my uniform I smell like old people and got too many germs on me from the hospital."
Javier scoffs, Or just the smell of too many dic-
"Javier, is there something you need to say?" Slyvia asks, interrupting his train of thought.
"Nah continue your little session."
"He's been acting like that all day ignore him." Michelle says to Slyvia.
"Trust me I will." Slyvia says to her.
"That's all you ever do anyways." Javier says to Slyvia.
Slyvia grits her teeth and exhales, I will slap the teeth out of this boy, "Anyways, long time no see. What brings you over here so early? Where's my grandbaby?"
"I don't know if Javi told you but I'm going through some thing with my apartment-"
"Going through what things? Tell her you got kicked out." Javier says to Michelle.
Michelle gives him the look of death, "Anyways, me and Angie are going to be staying here for a while. If you don't mind."
"Javier why didn't you tell me that they were staying here?" Slyvia asks him.
"When do I ever see you to tell you anything?"
Slyvia ignores his comment and turns to Michelle, "You can stay here as long as you like." she says with a smile, "Where's my baby?"
"She's inside of the room, she'll wake up soon."
"Okay, I'll go change my clothes and come back." she says excitedly as she walks towards her room.
