Madnessa Love Story.

Part 9- Is it Love?

(Madelaine PoV)
I woke up with Travis arms wrapped around me.
Today, is the day I tell him I'm in love with Vanessa. I really do hope he understands, he wrote a song about me and I kinda feel bad that he did that, but at the end of the day, I'm happy for him.
I also, hope fans don't get mad that I broke up with Travis because I love my bestfriend, and if they do, well I'm going to cry.
I got up and woke up Travis lightly. He finally, opened his eyes and smiled at me.
"Hey." He says sitting up, grabbing my hand.
"Hey I have to talk to you." I say nervously, touching the palm of my hand from the sweat built inside.
"Ok. What's up?" He asks.
"Okay. Promise me whatever happens we will always be friends, and you don't get mad?" I frown.
"Promise." He says, furrowing his eyebrows.
"Okay. Travis when I first met you, I thought you were the love of my life, but I was wrong. When you say 'I love you' I get this weirdness in my stomach. I loved you Travis, but I just don't love you anymore." I say.
His smile fades away, and he looks down sadly.
I felt bad, but this is the right decision for me. I didn't want to lead him on, when I know I don't feel the same way anymore.
"It's ok Madelaine." He shoots me a smile.
"Really?" I asked surprised.
"Yeah. I'm going to be there for you no matter what, if you feel this way then I'm just gonna support you through it." He smiles, and hugs me tightly.
"Thank you for understanding." I smile, and return his hug.
"Yeah. No problem. Go get Vanessa!" He winks at me.
How'd he know?
"How did you know it was Vanessa?" I asked confused, and he laughs.
"Everyone knows." He chuckles, and removes his hand from mine.
I laugh, and I texted Camila to see if she's heard from Vanessa.

M: Hey Camila!❤️
C: Hey Mads. What's up?
M: have you heard from Vanessa?
C: yea I texted her last night.
M: WHAT DID YOU SAY?!?
C: calm down. And I just told asked how she felt about you.
M: and? What does she feel about me?
C: well......
M: OMG JUST SAY IT PLEASE.
C: ok ok fine... she said she has feelings for you 😩 I wasn't supposed to tell you!
M: OMG VANESSA LIKES ME!!!!
C: 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️
C: Now ask her out or something I want my Madnessa to be real :))
M: idk Cams
C: what?!? Did you hit your head? 🤦🏻‍♀️
M: Idk if she will say yes though. She doesn't even know I like her.
C: well when you tell her then she will know. 🙄
M: okay. I'll tell her. Just not thru text.
C: let me guess tomorrow at work. 🙄
M: yes. I just hope Charles the 'may I have your number because you're pretty' guy doesn't interrupt anything. 🤦🏻‍♀️😭
C: don't worry I won't let him :)
M: thanks camz !
C: Anything for my fav couple ;)
M: 🙄
C: bye mads lyyyy !
M: ily2 ❤️ byeee !

Madelaine thinks about Vanessa all day.
Meanwhile, Vanessa has been laying in bed thinking if she should text Madelaine that she has a massive crush on her, but her mind keeps telling her it will ruin everything.
She needs to tell her like right now, the guilt is melting inside of her.
She left a message for Madelaine, she couldn't hold it in anymore.

Vanessa: Hey Madelaine... I just wanted to say that I like you... and not just as a bestfriend but as more. ❤️ I hope we can still be friends :(  I will always love you no matter what. I just needed to get that off my chest. Talk to you tomorrow!

Madelaine: I like you too. We'll talk about this tomorrow at work ;) 

Vanessa was shocked that she would say that. She had a lot on her mind right now. So many questions in her mind, and how can she answer them.
