"WHAT?" Sunny half yelled, half sobbed. "No." She collapsed, crying, on the floor. Qibli looked worried. "Is he alive?"
"Maybe. I don't know." Fatespeaker answered. I turned to Indigo. "They were planning this. Remember when Hurricane asked Igloo if 'it will start tomorrow?' This is what it meant. Somehow it started early." She nodded.
"How did this happen?" Asked Fatepeaker, bending over to help Sunny. Qibli did the same.
"Igloo got an animus earring and planned with my cousin, and then he enchanted something." Indigo answered. "That makes no sense." Winter said.
Qibli looked up. "So, ice means an IceWing planned it, so that's who 'Igloo' is, animus earring could mean an earring that makes him an animus, and then he enchanted something." He guessed. I nodded. "And Stonemover was targeted because he's a NightWing." Indigo added.
"So if it's animus magic, can't you just reverse it? Like, 'Enchant this stone to get rid of Igloo's spells?'" Qibli suggested.
"Well, obviously I can't. He took my earring, so I'm not an animus anymore. But maybe someone else can."
I sighed. "I don't think we can enchant Stonemover out of the ice, or else he would've done it, right? I mean, surely he'd use his animus magic to save his life." Fatespeaker and Winter nodded, Qibli looked deep in thought. "But we need a way to stop the ice, because next it'll freeze at least eleven students. And it'll freeze Sunny and Fatespeaker." I continued. "So anyone's have an idea?" Sunny coughed and sat up. "We need to evacuate the school, and tell Queen Glory." Everyone nodded. "Then we'll figure out what to do about my father."
