Since when did Joey have a twin? Why didn't I know about this?

"Oh, I thought Joey had just changed really quickly" I laughed

"Nope, I'm his twin" he replied looking up to me

"How come I never knew about you?" I asked

"I've always gone to a different school because the teachers could never tell us apart" he answered

"Oh right, well I can tell you apart" I replied

"Really? How?" He questioned

"You have a deeper voice" I said

"Good, I always knew I did but Joey said I didn't. He's jealous" he chuckled

"Tell me about it" I rolled my eyes

"What do you mean?" He asked

"He's liked me since the start of freshman year but he has a different girl every week, I can't trust him" I replied

"Don't remind me. It's bad enough having a room next to his" he said

The bus arrived and I paid and sat, Jay sitting next to me

"I can see why he likes you though" he said putting his change away

I looked at him and smiled before turning away and blushing

"I hope you aren't a fuckboy like your brother" I said looking back at him

"Well, if it puts you at ease, I've had one girlfriend in second grade and I'm still a virgin" he chuckled

"Good to hear" I laughed

"So, are you the popular one at school?" He asked

"Well, I guess. There was a massive group of us but we fell out so it's me and my 3 best friends. I don't know really, I guess we're popular. Are you?" I answered

"I think so. All the girls seem to want me" he chuckled

I scoffed and rolled my eyes

"Just like Joey"

"I reject them all though, I may look like Joey but I'm not Joey" he said

"Fair enough. So, who's older?" I questioned

"Joey, by 2 minutes" he rolled his eyes

I chuckled. We sat and spoke for the next 15 minutes until the bus approached my stop

"This is my stop, I guess I'll see you soon" I said putting my drink away in my bag

"Wait, what's your number" he asked holding out his phone

I took it and typed in my number, naming myself 'Reign🌧'. I handed his phone back and thanked the driver before walking off. Slinging my backpack over my shoulder, I walked through the alleyway that lead to my street

I pulled my keys out of my pocket and unlocked the front door before locking it behind me. My dad was at work and my older sister away at college

My mum died when I was 6 from cancer and my dad swore to never get another woman so it's just us until my sister comes back for break

I went to my bedroom and changed into my pyjamas when my phone vibrated on my beside table, making me jump. I walked over and looked at the text message that sat on my lock screen

It was an unsaved number

I replied, assuming it was Jay

Hii

I got a reply almost instantly

Wyd?

Laying on my bed because I'm tired :)

Trying to keep my brother out of my room

He wants help with his hw and I said no so he said he's going to 'beat me up'
