Reign

I walked into the movie theatre, Ethan's hand laying delicately on my lower back. Walking to the counter together, our eyes scanned what was playing

"What do you want to watch?" He asked me

"Im not sure. You can choose" I smiled

"Well I've been meaning to watch the new Lion King. How does that sound?" He asked

I gasped

"I'd love to" I squealed quietly

He walked up to the front desk, still holding on to me

"2 tickets for Lion King please" he said to the worker

"Anything else for you, or is that it?" She asked him

"Do you want any snacks?" He questioned me

"You choose, I'll have anything" I replied

"Uh, can we have a large popcorn and 2 tango ice blasts please" he asked politely

She nodded, preparing our tickets and food

"$15.45 please" she said

Pulling his card out, he easily paid for the items before handing me the popcorn and one drink, taking the other drink and tickets himself. He thanked the worker before leading me to the viewing room

We took our seats at the back of the theatre, putting our drinks in the holders and the popcorn in between us. As the adverts rolled, I saw 2 people walk into the theatre

Walking up the steps, they sat on the row in front of Ethan and I. As I turned my attention back to the screen, one of the boys turned to look at me

Looking down, I met his gaze

"Reign?" He asked

"Uh, yeah?" I asked

I couldn't make out his face properly, it was too dark. However, I could faintly recognise the voice

"It's Jay" he smiled

I immediately felt guilty for not remembering or identifying him

"Oh gosh! I'm so sorry. I didn't realise it was you" I rambled

"Don't worry about it" he replied as he stood up and turned around to face me fully

Getting the gist, I leaned forward out of my chair to give him a brief but warm hug. As I sat back down, Ethan's hand came in contact with my thigh

I rubbed it soothingly as I smiled warmly at him before turning my attention back to Jay

"What're you doing now?" He asked me

"I'm a psychologist" I replied

"Oh wow, my brother sure needs one of those" he chuckled, pointing to the boy who was sat on the right of him

"Jay, shut up" I heard him mumble

"Actually, I am his psychologist" I replied at the now awkward situation

Jay's mouth formed an 'O' shape, silently slumping back in his seat from awkwardness and guilt. He soon turned around away from me as the film began to play on the screen

"From the creators of Toy Story and Frozen, we present, Disney's classic, The Lion King"

The theatre started emptying as the credits rolled. The twins had left previously, hurrying off without saying goodbye

"Who were they?" Ethan asked as we walked down the steps of the theatre, hand in hand

"Oh, the one of the right was my ex, I'm now his psychologist" I chuckled quietly

"The one on the left seemed to be into you a bit too much" he snarled to himself, but I still heard

"Don't worry about him, E. We're just good friends" I replied, gently rubbing his arm with my free hand

"I know, sunshine. I just can't help but get a bit jealous, especially went he went in for that unnecessary hug" he sighed

"I saw everything through them leggings, baby" he whispered into my ear, slightly biting it afterwards

"Stop it, E" I giggled, pushing him away

A smirk laid innocently on his face as he looked at me with those lust filled eyes that made me melt every time

'What about Joey?' I hear you question

Who's that?
