Reign

It was the first day of school, the first day of sophomore year. I walked into school and to my locker where my friends Leilani, Athena and Rosie were waiting

"Good morning!" Athena said loudly

"No need for that, it's too early" I replied, opening my locker and shoving my bag in

She giggled

"Ooo look, here comes Joey" Rosie teased me

Joey's had a crush on me since the beginning of freshman year but he's always messing about with other girls so I don't trust him in the slightest

"Lets not, nothing's ever going to happen between us" I sighed

I've been teased for it ever since we found out

I could hear him laughing with his friend, probably Toby, his best friend. His footsteps approached me but I kept my back turned away from him

"Reign" he said

"Joseph" I turned around to him

He looped his arm tightly around my neck and pulled me into him

"Everyone, I would finally like to announce us boyfriend and girlfriend. Stay away from her or I'll have you" He shouted through the corridors

"He's lying, desperate fuck" I shouted even louder, shoving his arm off of me

Toby laughed and Joey frowned

"Why won't you just date me?" He asked

"Because you have a new girl every week and I couldn't trust you. You're a fuckboy, no thanks" I replied walking away with Leilani Rosie and Athena

I left school, walking to the bus stop and sitting down in a spare seat next to a boy. He had dark brown messy hair, similar to Joey's. He wore a red and black flannel and had a Nike backpack

Throughly confused about his similarity to Joey, I spoke up

"Joey?" I asked

He looked up to me and was the spitting image of Joey

"Oh, no, I'm not Joey. I'm Jay, his twin brother"
