Reign

Christmas break had come round quicker than I thought, meaning we could return home for 2 weeks

I packed some of my belongings, getting ready for the two weeks I was going to be spending at home with my family

"Ready?" Joey asked

I nodded as I picked up my bag. We met Jay at his car and loaded in our belongings. Jay drove and Joey sat in the back with me

"We'll be there soon" he reassured me

I got dropped off at my house, leaving my bags in the car for the meantime

"I'll be back in a minute" I smiled, getting out and walking to the front door

Luckily, it was unlocked so I walked straight in, surprising my family

"SURPRISE! I'M BACK!" I shouted

I looked to my right into the living room to see my dad with a woman in his arms. I knew for sure she wasn't my sister

"Uh, who is she?" I asked

"You're back! Uh, let me explain everything" my dad smiled, walking towards me with this woman

I didn't know what to feel

"Hi, I'm Lauren, your dad's told me a lot about you" she smiled holding her hand out for me to shake

I smacked it away without thinking

"Yeah, and my dad's told me a lot about you" I retorted sarcastically, glaring at him

I was disgusted, he's promised me he wouldn't get another woman after mum died

"I'm leaving" I sobbed, tears now streaming down my face

"Reign, please wait I-"

I slammed the door in my dad's face as the cold air whooshed against my tear stained cheeks

I sat back in the car, still crying my eyes out into my hands

"What's the matter?" Joey cooed, holding me close to him

"My d-dad's got another w-woman with him" I cried

"He p-promised he wouldn't g-get another woman after my mum d-died" I sobbed

"I'm so sorry baby, it's okay" he tried to comfort me

I just cried and cried, I couldn't help myself. Jay began driving to his and Joey's house that was about 10 minutes away from mine

I regained myself as much as possible, dabbing away my tears so that my make up wouldn't smudge. We all got out of the car and headed towards the house

Jay knocked and Drew opened it, a massive smile on his face

"You're back!" He laughed taking the twins into a hug as I stood there awkwardly

"Reign?" He asked

I looked up and smiled as he took me into a hug. I, of course, hugged back before we were welcomed into the house

"Your mum's in the kitchen" Drew said before walking off

"I'm going to go to the bathroom, I'll be down in a minute" Jay said walking off

Joey dragged me into the kitchen where Jen was cooking with Kash running around

"Hi Kash! Hi boy! You're so big now where did time go?" Joey laugh picking the toddler

Laughs echoed around the kitchen as Jen turned to look at us. She enveloped Joey into a hug as Kash ran to me. I picked him up and span him round in the air, causing him to laugh

"Reign?" Jen asked

I smiled and nodded

"How are you sweetie, you're so grown up" She gushed, hugging me and kissing my cheek

"I'm okay thank you" I smiled, hiding the truth about how I really was to avoid inconvenience

"How come you're here? I thought you'd be at home" she giggled

"I just thought I'd come and see you" I said

"I'm dating Joey by the way" I smiled, looking up towards him as his stood over me

She sent me a confused look before she turned to Joey who was stood beside me

"Hun, that's-"

"That's not Joey"
