Daniel's POV:
"Wait!" Sam screamed horrified, as I shut the door, and walked away from the scene that could plague my mind for life. No, I DO NOT want to think about Sam lying on Brian. UGH!

I paced even more faster down the corridor, hoping that I could escape her since I knew for sure that I would something that I would regret for the rest of my life, but lucky for me, there weren't any people around to slow down my pace, but unlucky for me, the same was the case for Sam, and she finally caught my arm when I was about to descend down the stairs.

"Wait!" She screamed, and pulled me around. My body spun around to face her.

"What do you want?" I crossed my arms against my chest, and glared at her.

"Look!" She lifted her arms up in surrender m. "It's not what you think it is!"

I narrowed my eyes at her. "And what exactly must I be thinking?"

"That.." Her eyes seemed nervous, and uncertain as it flickered around me. "I-I a-am cheating on y-you with Brian?"She winced like it physically hurt her to say that, but it was I who should be feeling that way! I have the right, not her!

Something in my face must have showed that her statement didn't sit well with me since her eyes widened, and she laughed nervously, scratching her hair. "Uh.. I mean.. I was indeed in my clothes. That should prove that I am not cheating on you right?"

She winced again. I glared at her harder, and took a step towards her. She staggered a step back, and held onto the side wall to keep her balance. "If that is your lame attempt at making me feel better about this whole situation, think again!"

She looked down to the floor. A few parts of her hair fell down, covering her face, and I hated the part of me that wanted to tuck it back in, and kiss her hard against the wall. I took a step forward, and she clung onto the wall behind her like her life depended on it.

"If you want me to prove it to you, I can show you more than just one way to cheat on someone with their clothes on, but that's not what we are debating about now are we?" I tilted my head, and observed her face. She seemed confused more than ever.

"Then what exactly are you going on about?" She frowned.

I sighed. "It really hurts me that you think so low of me. Did you actually think that I would doubt you even for a second that you would cheat on me behind my back?" I ran a hand through my hair. "I know who you are Sam, and I know what kind of a person you are! If you think that's what I'll think about you, it's insulting to my character!"

"What then are you mad about?"

I narrowed my eyes at her. "You really don't know? Then you don't know me well enough!"

I was about to turn back to the steps, but she pulled me again. "Daniel!"

Just then, another voice called her too. "Sam!"

I closed my eyes, and cursed under my breath. I tugged my arm away from her hold, but she held onto it tighter, and I had no other choice but to stay in place till Brian came jogging towards us. A part of me hoped that he wouldn't be able to stop running, and end up tripping down the stairs, and falling down it.

"Are you okay?" He gazed at Sam, trying to catch his breath. It annoyed me that I felt like crap in front of him.

"Yes!" I snapped, drawing his attention. "Until you came around!"
