Daniel's POV:

Its been a week since the accident and everything was going well, except for the fact that Cath was still facing the aftermath of the accident. I had a feeling that it was not only because of the accident. Yes, it was scary as hell but she wouldn't have been in that place in the first place if it weren't for the phone.

That phone call.

Cath has been avoiding me since that day. There was almost little to no conversation between the two of us. The last time I tried to talk to her, she pretended to sleep. Good for me that she wasn't that good of an actress. Sam tried to convince me it was due to the shock of the accident but I knew it was more than that. Cath would never avoid for things like that. In fact she would have been the one nursing my broken hand even though I didn't want her to. It didn't seem like she was going to change it too. That's why I proposed what I did.

"Let's all go out for dinner today!"

Sam lifted her eyes from her laptop and looked at me. "Oooo.. kay."

I rolled my eyes and sat beside her on my bed. "Don't act like its a miracle. I take you out to dinner all the time."

She sat up straight and rolled her eyes. "Yeah right."

"What?" I turned towards her in disbelief. "I do."

"When was the last time?" She countered back and I had to think for a while. "Uh.. the night we had that really sexy photoshoot." I pulled her arms, making her fall on my lap. "You looked really hot in that bikini. I can picture you so vividly right now." I murmured into her ears and she pushed me away.

"Aww! Are you blushing?" I poked her cheeks and it turned red even more. She swatted my hand away. "Shut up! The way I remember is that you were more comfortable in Alex's lap than you were in the privacy of our photoshoot."

"Who's Alex?" I frowned in confusion.

"Yeah right." She rolled her eyes and got back to work on her laptop.

I shook my head at her. "So anyway, that was a nice night and I want to have another night to remember with everyone. I think we could all use the air to breathe with all the ruckus that has been happening."

She stopped to stare at me for a while. "You're right. This latest project has been stressing me out too."

I moved behind her and massaged her shoulders. She sighed and leaned into my touch. "That's what I am saying. We could go out first, a movie perhaps? And then dinner somewhere neat. It would be like old times, no pressure, just fun."

She smiled and leaned back on my shoulder. "I like that. So you want everyone to come?" She stressed the word 'everyone' as she fiddled with her grey shirt.

"Uh huh." I sighed and pulled her into a hug. She pushed herself away and turned around to look at me. "Everyone? As in everyone including Brian too?"
