Hiya everyone! Sorry for the late update, I had finals a few weeks ago and had to take a pause for a bit to study, and I took a few days to rest since Christmas break has started, but now I'm back and with another chapter! This one is pretty full with lots of yelling and angst, but it was extremely fun to write considering I've wanted to get to this part for months!
That's enough for now, hope you all enjoy!!!

For the short walk down the street to get to the school, I make sure to keep myself positioned in between Akiraa and Shinobu at all times as they walk on opposite sides of the group while shooting daggers at each other with their chilling glares. Even if they tried to keep as far away from each other as humanly possible, the tension between the two Timber Wolves is still strong enough to be felt by everyone around us.
Nobody even bothered to speak, almost as if we are all afraid to say something that may touch a nerve. Both of these girls had dark clouds bubbling above their heads, and it's only a matter of time before they bust open to reveal a raging storm and I don't think any of us want to be the cause of that.
However, there will always be three people who we can always count on to see the light, even through the darkest of clouds..
I'm honestly not even sure Miyu and Lev are living in the same world that we are at the moment, and poor Kenma just has to accept that he is now apart of their little shared fairy tale. While everyone else drags their feet along, drowning in the visible rage radiating between the two Timber Wolves, our two younger teammates skip along down the sidewalk with Kenma latched in their gasp.
Now I know what Akiraa meant when she told me that Miyu is the true spirit of the team. Through the darkest of times, they can always count on her to see every challenge through a brighter perspective. It reminds me a lot of Lev, who's confidence always allows him to see new opportunities along every new path we come across. They are are going to make an unstoppable team one day.
Thankfully, it doesn't take long for us to reach the entrance to the Nekoma High campus, so we don't have to suffer through this uncomfortable state for long. The gym we will be practicing in is only a little ways from the front gates, but when loud cheers are able to be heard after our three teammates disappear around the corner of the entrance, I begin to have a bold suspicion that the rest of my team became too impatient to wait for us to come to them.
I'm not even shocked when I turn out to be right in the end. Just as we come to the Nekoma front entrance, we are greeted by a sea of red as they flock around the first Katsushika player to arrive, which was the tiny, blonde wolf pup, Miyu.
While some people as small as her would be terrified by so much sudden attention from players as big as us, Miyu welcomes their enthusiasm with a bright smile while eagerly high fiving their waiting hands. The boys are going to enjoy having both her and Kimie here, two younger players for them to show off their own skills for and even teach a few tricks.
They are almost too occupied with the Katsushika pups to notice the rest of us walking through the gate not long after our teammates did, but it's not like Akiraa to go unnoticed for long. "Ohayo!" She greets, much more cheerfully than what her mood seemed to be a few minutes ago, and it doesn't take long for things to ascend into chaos when the boys lay eyes on the Timber Wolf captain.
Akiraa starts by raising her hand to wave, but I begin to see her pace quicken to meet them halfway and is soon running full speed into their open arms, actually almost tackling a few to the ground as she wraps some of them in playful headlocks.
