Hi everyone, back again with another chapter set! This one is less angst and more fun, one that I have been very excited to write and I hope you all enjoy!!
Btw, this set will be written in third person perspective instead of first person like in the past because it makes it easier to tell the story since this focuses more on other characters who'd be difficult to write in first person. I may stick with third person because it is a lot easier to include more characters in writing, so we will see. Alright enjoy!

The sound of clothes being shuffled around can be heard from one side of the room as the wiry haired Nekoma captain flips through the shirt options in his closet, all while another form sits cross-legged in a fluffy grey bean bag chair on the opposite wall with their attention hardwired to the small video game in their hands.
After tossing aside yet another shirt that he finds unsuited for the night, Kuroo makes another selection from his shrinking rack of choices and holds it up against his torso, turning to the long mirror leaning against the wall to his right. "What about this one?" He asks out loud, cutting his eyes over to the pudding-head while continuing to mull over the shirt.
Kenma only raises his eyes up for a second to glance at the dark maroon button-up shirt Kuroo had chosen before looking back down to his game again. "It looks fine." He answers simply, giving his shoulders a small shrug.
With his eye twitching in annoyance, Kuroo turns to look at his friend, only to see that Kenma has already buried himself back into whatever game he is playing. "You've said that about the last five shirts. I gotta hurry and decide soon before we have to meet the girls."
"That's not for another three hours." Kenma points out sluggishly "Why are you trying so hard anyways?"
"Because it's important to look your best." Kuroo defends, laying out the maroon shirt on his bed and kneeling down to his dresser to choose some pants in the bottom drawer. "I've always dressed nice on mine and Akiraa's dates. I'm not just going to slack off because you and Miyu are tagging along this time."
Even though Kuroo's back is facing Kenma, he still suddenly hears the sound of a small explosion from Kenma's game, and the music that plays when he has been defeated.
Glancing over his shoulder, Kuroo notices the sudden red tint that has flooded Kenma's face, but only for a split second before the setter gives his head a quick shake to get rid of it and quickly looking back to his game. "Huh? What's wrong?" Kuroo asks daringly, rotating around to face his friend.
Kenma flinches slightly when he realizes Kuroo had noticed how flustered he became, and there is a few seconds hesitation before he finally speaks up again, his voice so low Kuroo almost can't hear. "This... this isn't a... double date, right?" He asks sheepishly, turning his head away subtly so that his face is hidden by his blonde hair.
Kuroo raises a confused eyebrow at the question, looking up to the ceiling and scratching the back of his head as he thinks. "Umm... I don't think so." He responds. "Miyu has just been begging Akiraa to show her around Tokyo, so I offered to be their tour guide. I thought I'd ask you to come along too so Miyu doesn't feel left out with me and Akiraa."
It takes a few seconds for the realization to sink in, but once he puts the pieces together, a wide smirk slides onto his face as he leans a bit to the side, trying to see past Kenma's thick strands of hair covering his eyes. "I thought you'd like the chance to spend some time with Miyu without Lev or Hinata always getting in the way, but if I didn't know any better... I'd say you're nervous."
Kuroo is instantly hit with one of Kenma's strongest death glares he has seen to this day, which still makes him look like an angry kitten. "I'm not nervous." Kenma hisses, curling up into a tight ball while wrapping his red Nekoma jacket tighter around his body.
