It's lunch time and I'm sitting with Tom and I spot Vi and she smiles and waves and I do the same back but it hits me that she isn't smiling or waving at me. I turn around and look and Grayson is at the table behind me. Obviously. It seems like every where I go I see them. Once they were in the car and I see her and Grayson as she places a peck on his lips. How convenient for me. I guess I'm partly to blame for it all, I made the first move to ruin me and Vi's relationship.
I miss her, I want to be friends with her because I've accepted that it's never going to happen again because I ruined it. I did.
I miss Grayson, we've been friends since we were four and I've realised that I'm not letting a girl get between us. I quickly walk around school as I try to find him but then I realise that he has just had training so he must be in the changing rooms. I quickly walk there but I can't help but feel nervous as to what Grayson is going to say to me.
I enter and Grayson is alone sitting down as he puts his top on. He looks up at me and I can he's unsure of what to do, if he should smile, ignore me or hit me. I take a deep breath.. "I just wanna apologise for everything" I say and I wait for his reaction but he doesn't do anything his face becomes neutral. "I shouldn't of got mad at you or hit you it wasn't your fault" I say and again I look at him and he looks less tense. "Look, I don't wanna loose you, we've been friends for years and I don't want to loose you and I'm not having a girl pull us apart, I'm sorry" I say finally and Grayson is smiling and he stands up. "Thanks and the whole thing with violet I'm-" "don't, it's fine I'm happy for you" I say and I mean it. Grayson smiles at me and before I knew it he hugs me. I hug him back and it feels good to have him back as a friend. "How are you and Violet?" He asks and my mind goes blank for a few seconds. "I'm working on it" I reply.
