WARNING! LOT'S OF FLUFF AHEAD BETWEEN SEBASTIAN AND CIEL! I do not ship SebaCiel, I do however see them as very close friends/brothers/father and son figures. So expect some cuddles, head kisses, and gentle gestures ahead.

Sebastian drew back the red curtains, allowing light to pour into the master bedroom of the Phantomhive mansion.

He moved swiftly about, laying out a set of clothes, pouring a cup of tea and slicing up some fruit for the Young Master's breakfast.

A soft groan caught his attention, and he silently looked over his shoulder at the sleeping form of his Master.

However, this was different. Something had happened, and they have yet to find out what, but Ciel Phantomhive was only the size of the King on a Chessboard. His diminished form was at first amusing to the demon. Then there were signs that made everything change.

Ciel would hardly look at him. When he spoke, he was longer confident in what he was saying. He refused every meeting with any noble no matter who they were. And most of all, he refused to allow Sebastian to touch him.

"Young Master, are you awake now?" Sebastian questioned, turning towards the tea he had poured in a cup that easily fit a doll. The suit he had laid out was handcrafted by himself, and the fruit slices were carved in crumb sized bites.

Ciel at up on the plush pillow that was his current bed, his fingers running through his blue-ish gray locks. He didn't dare look at the monumental form of the demon and instead kept his head down as he muttered a soft 'yes'.

The raven-haired butler easily balanced the tiny cup on the tip of his index finger, leaning in with a bow as he offered it to him. "Earl Grey as usual, my Lord." Sebastian's crimson eyes watched him closely, and a frown faintly showed on his lips at the way Ciel took the cup in both hands and moved further from him across the pillow.

He still didn't dare look up. Ciel could feel those eyes burning into him, it made him feel so insignificant. He took a quiet sip of his tea, looking at the white nightshirt he'd been wearing for the past two days. It was all wrinkled now. Wrinkled and the white was turning into a more off-white.

"Would you allow me to dress you for the day?" Sebastian calmly asked, holding the suit he'd made out in an open palm. He felt a bit of pride as Ciel seemed interested, only to frown again when the Earl turned away in silence. "Young Master..."

"Leave me alone, Sebastian. I'm fine," Ciel poorly lied as he laid back down on the pillow with his back to his butler. If Sebastian dressed him at this size, it would be nothing short of similar to dressing a doll. He despised that thought. He was not a doll and didn't wish to be handled like one.

Sebastian made a soft 'tsk' noise and leaned forward. His non-existent heart ached at the way he was being avoided. "My Lord," he began, his gloved fingers moving on their own and delicately curling around the tiny body. Immediately, it began thrashing in his hand but he continued.

"Put me down this instant, Sebastian!" Ciel shouted at the demon, his arms trying to pry the fingers off of him. His heart raced. He could feel his throat tighten, fear coursing through his veins. "S-Sebastian!"

It was obvious the butler was ignoring him, and he found himself forced onto his back in the soft glove, his gaze being made to meet the ruby red eyes staring back down at him. "We cannot continue this way," Sebastian spoke in a soft, gentle tone. "You must let me care for you."

Ciel continued to fight the hand. He was terrified, he knew Sebastian could sense it. So why wouldn't the damned demon release him?! His throat and chest tightened as water welled in both of his eyes, spilling down his cheeks. "Let me go," he muttered in a pitiful manner, going limp in the hand.

The crimson eyes widened. Sebastian had never seen his Master in such a state before. Gingerly, he tucked the small human against his chest as he sat down on the edge of the bed. One gloved finger stroked the blue-ish gray locks. "Young Master, I am here only to serve you. You truly cannot believe I would harm you."

Ciel hadn't felt this form of comfort so long, and the voice speaking to him was so gentle and sincere. He turned onto his side, burying his face into the soft tailcoat. The finger stroking his head only added to the comforting feel he was getting. "I-I don't like this height, Sebastian."

"Hush, yes, I know," Sebastian crooned in an affectionate tone. He cradled the tiny boy in his hands, a soft smile on his face. "You're safe with me, you always are."

He listened to the soft sobs coming from his hand but allowed Ciel to let out the past few days of tension. Leaning down, his large lips pecked a delicate kiss on the back of Ciel's head.

"Sebastian, s-stay with me a little longer, like this," Ciel quietly pleaded, his hands grabbing fistfuls of the black coat.

Sebastian again smiled and bowed his head, closing his crimson colored eyes. "Yes, my Young Lord."
