When I can't think of titles, I'm just going to use the names of the characters.

Yani watched the humans walk along the floor close to the wall where they were safe. She always kept an eye out for them so they wouldn't get stepped on, or snatched up by one of the other Giants in the school.

One of the younger students turned and waved up at her, a tiny smile that was barely visible to her. "Thank you!"

Smiling warmly down at the humans, Yani carefully knelt down beside them, careful her sneakers didn't cross the tape that separated the Giant's walkway from the humans. "It's really no problem. You all get home safely okay?"

The group of tiny beings nodded, and they disappeared from sight out the door their size. With a soft, happy sigh Yani glanced around her feet before her hand reached out and gripped the doorknob. But then she stopped. She could hear laughter but also very quiet crying in the classroom nearby. It should be empty.

Stepping silently, she peered around the corner and her eyes widened. A tiny human, perhaps her own age was standing on a desk made for a Giant, with clearly no way to get down. A Giant boy, also her own age, stood above her with a very tiny sketchbook in between his fingers. He was tearing and ripping pages out, giving no attention to the boy's pleas and quiet sobs.

Thankfully, the jerk's back was to Yani and she stormed into the classroom, her hand shooting out and grabbing his wrist tightly. She plucked the small book from his fingers, glaring as she used her free hand to swing a punch as hard as she could into his face. The bully fell onto his back and scooted away with wide eyes and a bloody nose.

Yani stooped down and gathered up the tiny scraps of paper and stood again, holding them and the sketchbook in an open palm to the quivering human. "Here. Are you okay?" She asked quietly, trying to hold her hand steady so she didn't scare them any more than they already were.

"F-Fine, thank you." The human replied, gathering up the torn pages and staring at them with sad eyes.

"I'm sure you can draw them again," Yani assured him with a gentle smile, keeping her palm extended. "Come on, I'll take you to the door."

The boy looked hesitant but obliged, and he climbed into her palm.

Yani had to marvel at how light he actually was. She's never actually held a human before. She had, a long time ago,  but that was only for a brief second since she caught them from falling off the balcony for humans in the gym.

"I can't draw. Th-These were my older sisters. She committed suicide last year due to the way you Giants tormented her. I-I know not all of you are bad, but a lot of you hate us." He turned his head up to meet Yani's eyes, tears running down his face. "Th-That boy, he said i-it was wrong for me to draw things like what she drew. But they w-weren't my drawings and now-" His voice broke off into more soft sobs.

Not entirely sure how to handle a crying human, she simply took her finger and began to rub circles in his back. "H-hey, I'm sorry that happened to you. M-Maybe they can be taped somehow. Do you live on the human side of town? Or maybe you live with a Giant family so that you're closer to the school. Some human families live with Giant families if you didn't know that."

"I-I didn't know that." He shook his head, clutching the sketchbook tightly. "I-I live on the human side of town. Thanks again for your help."

"Here, I'll take you to the border." Yani made sure to keep him from falling as she walked, using two fingers to keep him steady. "I'm Yani by the way. My family moved here from Japan a few years ago."

"I've always wanted to go to Japan. I heard the chocolate and anime conventions are amazing. I-I'm Grant."

"Really? Well...maybe if we keep in touch you can come with us when we go to visit family. I could even show you around, and if you save money take you to a convention." She smiled warmly down at Grant, glad he wasn't terrified of her after what happened to his sister because of her kind.

"Really?" Grant stared up at the Giant, his eyes wide as his sadness easily melted away from her kindness. "That would be really cool! What's your number, I could text you!"

Yani giggled quietly. "555-555-0691." She stepped easily out of the school doors and began the walk to the border that separated the cities. It wasn't too far so humans didn't have to travel too far to get there.

"555...555...0691," Grant repeated as he jotted the digits on his hand with a pen. "I'll text you tonight. Hopefully, I can see you again sometime."

Yani kept her eyes straight as she walked, smiling happily. "Yeah. I'm sure you will. I always wait for every human to leave before I leave so we can meet at the doors every day and then I'll walk you home. Sound like a plan?"

Grant hesitantly leaned back into the Giantess's fingers, a wide smile on his face. "That sounds great." Glancing down at the number of his hand, he wondered if his sister would be okay with him having a Giant for a friend.
