It was the night of the last performance. It was a performance for all the students and the parents of the cast. Marvin looked through a gap in the curtain with hopeful eyes. He was hoping his parent would be there. But they weren't. He sighed and went back to get ready.

Marvin walked to his dressing room. On his desks lay a bunch of roses. He picked up the small note that it came with.

Break a leg Marvin! I'll miss you when you leave. Thanks for helping me study - Jason ❤️

Marvin smiled. He really was going to miss Jason. He had made sure that he had Jason's number so they could call whenever they wanted and they could meet when Jason needed help with school work.

"Hey Marvin!" Cordelia said as she walked into his room "Have fun out there tonight." She smiled and hugged him.

"You too Delia. Try not to get to into your part tonight" the pair laughed as they remembered the night before. She had got so into the part that she had tried cooking food and it actually made the cast gag when they ate it.

"Don't worry. Charlotte made sure I didn't cook." She waved goodbye and went to find Charlotte.

Marvin slumped in his chair and pulled out his phone. He found the photos of him and Whizzer when they were locked in the school. He smiled. He still like the boy. He couldn't get him out of his head. But soon, he would never see him again.

Whizzer was doing the same. He was looking at the photos. He wiped a tear from his cheek. Whizzer was going to miss Marvin. As much as he didn't want to admit it, he was. Whizzer tapped his tail so he could put his trousers on. He walked out of his room and met everyone in the wings.

"This is it guys." Miss Parker smiled "Have a good one. I'll see you at the interval."

The lights went down and everyone got ready to go on. This was going to be a long and sad performance.

~~Time skip because I want to get to the good bit~~

Marvin watched as Charlotte walked Whizzer if the stage. He felt different. This time he felt genuine sadness as he sang. He felt the tears form in his eyes. He heard his breath hick. As he sang he watched the audience. Their wasn't a dry eye in sight. Then he realised that this song had more meaning to him.

Before he knew it Whizzer was back on stage. He looked behind Whizzer. There stood Trina, Cordelia, Charlotte, Mendel and Jason. Crying. This was it. This was when the song got real.

As he sand with Whizzer those few days came back to both of them. Whizzer knee his next line had a huge impact on the both of them.

"Do you regret?"

Whizzer held his breathe and watched Marvin's eyes.

"I'd do it again. I'd like to believe I'd do it again..."

And he meant it he would give anything to have that night again. Anything to be with Whizzer again.

"If I could hold you for one hour more"

Whizzer started to cry. Of course he cried every night. He had to. That was his character. But he never cried this hard. This was the part of the staging that really got to Whizzer and the audience.

"But what would I do, if you had not been my friend." Marvin walked closer to Whizzer.

"There are no answers but what would I do" Whizzer moved closer to Marvin.

"No simple answers." The pair reached out to each other.

"But what would I do ? If you had not been my friend." Just as they get close enough to touch, Whizzer turns around and his spotlight goes out.

"My Friend. My Friend"

As the last song. Marvin forgot all the staging. He stood looking out at the audience. The cast didn't stop him.

As Mendel sang "This is where we take a stand" Marvin dropped to the floor and sobbed. The cast ran over and hugged him. They knew it was real. And all Whizzer could do was watch it happen from the wings.

When the cast had took their bows, they sat on the stage as Miss Parker came to give a speech.

"When I started this project, I didn't think it would end up going ahead. With most of the cast from the middle group and one from the top group, I was told it would fail. But it didn't. This cast is proof that all the groups can interact and that we don't need them here. I want to abolish it. The reason why, Whizzer and Marvin." Miss parker smiled "The emotion you saw on stage tonight was real. I set them a challenge a few weeks back. They stayed in the school alone for a few days locked in this very auditorium. I gave them a list they had yo complete. That very list has been copied onto your programmes

Miss Parker turned to Marvin and whizzer and beckoned them to her. "I want you to complete the last task right here, right now."

The audience clapped as the lights went and down and the pair were under a spotlight. They began to chant "Do it."

Whizzer looked at Marvin, he was still crying. He wiped his tears and pulled him into a hug Marvin tightly wrapped his arms around him as if letting go would kill him. Whizzer grabbed the front of Marvin's jacket and pulled him closer. he smirked and kissed him. Marvin automatically threw his arms around Whizzer's shoulder.

"Love me. Love me please." Marvin giggled as they pulled away.

Whizzer blushed "How could I not?

A/N I did it! This is the last part of this little story. Woohoo.
