Goodbye // Whizzvin + Trina

A/N I'm writing this at 1am. Well if you've made it this far congratulations. You've officially made it to the end. This is it. The last Whizzvin oneshot by me. Thank you for reading from start to end. This has been a roller-coaster from start to end. I love each and every single one of you. Shout out to every comment on each story that kept me going this whole time.

I'm sorry it's been so long. Time just flew by and before I knew it I was starting university!

Just to prove that I love you all have a nice and fluffy (little bit sad) one shot.

It was a cold and chilly night. To keep warm, Marvin and Whizzer wrapped themselves up in a thick blanket.Whizzer was laying that close to Marvin he was practically sitting on him. The hospital bed might have been small, but the two fit fine.

Whizzer lifted his head up slightly to look at Marvin, "I just want you to know that I love you so much and I'm thankful that you are at my side through all of this"

"There is no where else I would rather be than by your side Whizzer" Marvin smiled, "I know I was a bit of an arsehole in the past..."

"A bit?!" Whizzer laughed "You had a tantrum because I beat you at chess"

"Let's not talk about that" Marvin grimaced, "Anyway, I know I was an utter arsehole in the past but I truly did love you then too. I just didn't know how to show it. But I love you more now, that's the most important thing"

Whizzer coughed a little, "I don't want to get too sad but when we have to say goodbye. Will you stay with me then too?"

"Whizzer put it this way. If we had to say goodbye and I fire started in this hospital. I would rather die with you than let you die alone." Marvin kissed the top of the latters head, "The only way I wouldn't be here to say goodbye is if I died first."

"You're always so dramatic!" Whizzer laughed. "Please, never change that."

"Anything for you my love!" Marvin said dramatically which made the pair laugh.

"Saying goodbye is always hard. I mean we've been together for nearly 2 years but I feel like I've know you for ever"

"I guess you could say we're soulmates" Marvin smiled and pulled Whizzer closer (if that was even possible)

"Soulmates. Yeah, I like it. We're soulmates."

"Go to sleep now Whizzer. Trina and Jason are coming tomorrow, and you know how excited Jason gets when he sees you awake and smiling"

Whizzer nodded his head and snuggled under the covers. Marvin was close to drifting off himself when Whizzer spoke up again.

"Do you think she likes me?"

"Who?

"Trina..."

"I would like to think so yes. Why do you ask?"

"Well she's never been the warmest towards me. I understand that I broke your family apart but no matter how hard I tried she never smiled at me. Not once."

"You didn't break apart the family, that was all my doing!" Marvin sighed, "Whizz if Trina doesn't like someone she makes no effort at all. If she didn't like you she wouldn't be bringing Jason to see you. She would stay while she waited for Jason to leave. Whizz if she didn't like you she wouldn't bring you flowers every week."

"I just thought she was doing it out of pity."

"No Whizzer. Now let's actually go to sleep now"

Jason and Trina arrived at around 11am the next morning. Marvin took Jason out the room straight away claiming that 'they should get some lunch'.

Trina grabbed one of the chairs and pulled it closely to Whizzer's bed. She slowly reached out and held his hand.

"Marvin rang me this morning. He told me what you thought." Trina smiled sadly, "I'm sorry if you ever felt like that. It was just a rough time and I thought if I ignored you all the anger and the feelings would go away. But I was ever so clearly wrong"

"I'm sorry for intruding into your family like I did. I never wanted to make you upset."

"You didn't. Marvin upset me and he knows that. You just happened to be in the equation too. I'm sorry Whizzer, I'm sorry it's got to this point for me to tell you. I love you, you know. You are part of this family"

"I love you too Trina." Whizzer smiled.

He moved to the side other side of the bed slightly. Trina stared him confused when he tapped the space next to her. Whizzer laughed slightly and rugged on her arm. She soon got the idea and joined him on the bed. He wrapped his arm around her and she held him close.

"This goodbye is going to be hard too." Whizzer sighed

"Don't think of it as goodbye," Trina sniffed slightly, "It's just 'I'll see you later at another time in a better place'. Well that's the way I'm looking at it anyway"

"See you later it is."
