A/N I'm sorry for not updating in for fucking ever. A family member is in hospital at the minute and we don't know if he's going to make it yet or not. Everything isn't going as planned rn.

But thanks for 10k

Like they did every Friday night when Marvin got home from work, Whizzer would drag him down to the park and they would sit on the highest hill possible.

"Whiz do we really had to do this every Friday? I wanna be ready to beat you at racquetball tomorrow." Marvin announced as he tried to get his breath back.

"Ha, you wish," Whizzer said in between breaths.

"What's wrong with you? You're never out of breath when we climb up this hill."

"I don't know. Maybe it's just a cold."

When they finally get to the top, Whizzer takes out his Polaroid camera immediately. He begins to pace around the top of the hill in search for the perfect photo. Marvin smiled as he watches Whizzer bounce round like an excited puppy.

"Marvin could you move the left a little please?" Whizzer asks and Marvin nodded his head.

"Is this going to be added to the collection of photos you have of me?"

"Yes but this will be my favourite."

Whizzer managed to capture Marvin in front of the sunset. The way the light was that night made Marvin's silhouette pitch black. Whizzer smiled at his work. Once the photo had developed, he pulled out a small scrapbook.

"Do you carry that everywhere with you?" Marvin sighed.

"Yes. I carry my scrapbook with me like you carry those disgusting clothes on your body. With Pride even though everyone else hates it." Whizzer retaliated.

"Touché."

The pair settles down on the grass and watched as the sun began to hide behind the trees. Marvin scooted closer to Whizzer and rested his head on the letters shoulder.

"Do you think it will ever be easier,?" Whizzer asked.

"What do you mean?"

"Do you think it will be easier for people like us in the future? Still they let us marry? Can we adopt children?"

"I don't know Whiz. I hope so."

"I think it's gonna happen some day. In the distant future, about 35 years time, I bet they'll make an announcement. It will travel past America and to other countries. We will finally be loved to marry."

"We just have to hope. We'll have to fight till we drop to get what we want, but we're strong enough. I just hope we get to see it."

"Yeah me too. I love you Marvin Coleman."

"I love you too Whizzer Brown."

A/N this was sad yet wholesome
