Red Carpet // Whizzvin

A/N yo ma bros it's late and I'm tired writing so this is gonna be dreadful. Also I nearly dropped my phone down the toilet 😬

This was it. He had finally made it. Marvin has made it to his first red carpet. The new film he starred in, Falling For False Fate, was nominated for so many awards. He wasn't really used to the attention but having his co-star, Trina, by his side made his anxiety lower.

"You excited?" Trina asked. "It's your first time here."

"I'm excited but nervous." Marvin said in between the loud shouts. "I just don't want to get starstruck."

"That's a normal thing Marv. I still do and I've been coming for years." Trina laughed.

After a few more photos with fans. The two friends finally made it to the main section of the carpet. Interviewers were lined every which way. Celebrities looked as though they were cows being guarded to different fields. Marvin felt his throat go dry.

"It's okay." Trina smiled and squeezed his hand. "I'll stick by you."

During their fifth interview, Marvin had become tired of hearing the same questions. He began to scan the crowd to see you was out there.

Oh look, it's Tom Hanks. Is that Emma Stone next to Emily Blunt? Oh my god, it's Robert Downey Junior. Woah who's that?

In the distance stood a very tall man. His smile warmed Marvin's heart. He could only slightly hear the mans laugh, butMarvin knew it was a sound he would mind listening to more often.

"Marvin." Trina cooed "Who you staring at?"

"Ssh" Marvin said as he blushed slightly.

"Is that Whizzer Brown?" Trina gasped.

So that's his name.

"I didn't know his movie was nominated for awards." Trina smiled.

"He's cute."

"I'm going to go get you his number."

"Trina no!"

"Trina yes!"

The interviewer next to Marin chuckled, "Is this a common thing between you too? You see someone and she confronts them" she asked.

"I'm afraid so." Marvin laughed.

From afar he could see the pair getting along. He saw Trina point and himself and that's when Whizzer looked at him. He smirked and winked. Marvin blushed hard. He managed to ferret his way to a security guard who led him to the bathroom. He checked it was empty. He lent over the sink and looked down the drain hoping that's where his fantasies would go.

"Come on Marvin. You're a grown man. You can't be like this. Pull yourself together. He's very a attractive and very out of your league. Nip it in the bud before you get hurt."

"I was just saying the same to myself." A voice piped up.

Marvin looked in the mirror and saw Whizzer standing behind him, leaning on a bathroom stall.

"Out of your league? Am I really sweetie?" Whizzer smirked.

Marvin span round to face the man "You know you are."

"Really?"

"Really."

Whizzer walked closer to Marvin. He put his hands on the counter top either side of the smaller man. I could get used to this Whizzer thought.

"You see I don't think I am. Whizzer added as he moved closer.

"You don't?" Marvin gulped.

"No. You see, I'm think your much better looking than you give yourself credit for. You hide all your confidence so that you don't seem like a snobby actor. This is my for time meeting you and I can already tell so much about you. I can also tell that when you are nervous you start to find something to distract yourself."

"No I don't. See you don't know everything." Marvin smiled, thinking he'd got the upper hand.

"You're playing with my tie Marvin Coleman." Whizzer laughed.

"How do you know my name?"

"I've watched your movie dumb ass."

"Oh right I forgot about that."

Whizzer smiled and the flustered Marvin. He moved a little closer so that their chests were touching.

"Shouldn't you take me on a date first?" Marvin laughed as he wrapped his arms around Whizzer's neck.

"Can't the Oscars be our date?" Whizzer smiled softly.

"I guess so." Marvin smiled back "We need to go, they want us seated soon. See you afterwards?"

"It's a date." Whizzer smiled and Marvin laughed.

The two stepped out and parted ways. Marvin was immediately ambushed by Trina.

"Marvin!" Trina gasped "You didn't?!"

"No we didn't." Marvin laughed as Trina sighed in relief.

The two followed the crowed in and took their seats. Now all they had to do was wait in anticipation for the awards.

It was finally time for 'Best Male Actor' to be announced. Trina grabbed Marvin's hand and squeezed it tight. Marvin shook his head. And not to Marvin's surprise, he didn't win. But he was happy about who did. When he saw Whizzer on the stage, he smiled wide. He just stared at the man.

"Before I go I just want to quickly say that if you haven't seen Marvin Coleman's first Oscar nominated movie and role, your missing out. Okay that's all. Thank you!"

Marvin smiled. He felt his phone buzz.

"Marvin you're supposed to turn that off." Trina snapped.

Bet you didn't know I gave you my number. Meet me in those toilets in 5 - W x

"I'll be back." Marvin smiled.

"You better not be." Trina winked.

Marvin got to the toilets before Whizzer. He sat on the countertop while he waited.

"Hey sorry, I had to ring my mom." Whizzer smiled.

"No it's fine Mr Oscar Winner." Marvin added as Whizzer stood in front of him.

"I feel bad." Whizzer confessed "Your movie was better and you're the better actor ."

"Hey," Marvin said as he placed a hand on the side of Whizzers face "You're an amazing actor and you deserve this award."

Whizzer smiled and rested his head on Marvin's hand. "I've k own you for a few hours and I'm already falling in love."

Marvin kissed Whizzers forehead "Let's just hope we don't turn out like our movies."
