"Who did this to you?"

"TETCH!"

"He did this to me, he killed them, Jim. Now he wants me to kill you..."

Chapter Seventy: I'm the Killer Queen... And Bruce is the Dark Knight...

Dacey's POV:

My eyes slowly open as I feel a burning pain in the back of my head, everything is slightly blurred and I can't make out where I am.

I feel as though I had been hit by a bus, but in reality, I was hit by a raving psychopath I call my "fake" fiancé... I think...

"You're awake, thank God. I thought for a minute there you wouldn't wake back up," a familiar voice calls out, chuckling under their breath.

My eyes instantly snap open as I snarl at the familiar figure in front of my face, shining a bright light into my eyes.

"Wesker," I hiss out, baring my teeth like a predator.

"Hello, Strike, it's nice to see you again," he smirks taking my arm in his hand gently and wrapping the sphygmomanometer around the top of my arm and takes my blood pressure.

As he pumps the cuff up around the top of my arm, I glare at him, imagine the cuff is my temper... Wesker keeps on pumping it up until within the next few moments, it will inflate and eventually explode due to the pressure.

Of course, I'm with that Rat, Wesker, this all screams Brendan.

"Where the hell am I?" I ask as I look around the room, something about it seems familiar as Wesker peels off the cuff and rights down the measurements briefly ignoring my question.

The white walls, the blank steel door blocking the exit to the room, and even the bed I'm on.

"You're back in Arkham," Wesker informs hesitantly looking up at me with a pencil in his hand, slight fear crosses his eyes as I notice him visibly tense as I stare at him.

My eyes widen slightly as I remember why this room felt so familiar, it was the room I was taken into regularly for my "check-ups".

"Why am I back here? I'm not a patient again... am I?" I question as Ricky chuckles again shaking his head a little, the fear in his eyes momentarily disappears.

"No, Mr Hollister knocked you out, that's why you might feel a little pain at the back of your skull," Ricky begins to explain.

So, I was right in remembering that Brendan had knocked me out.

"That son of a bitch better not have left a bruise or else I'm going to kill him," I mutter to myself as Ricky chuckles obviously hearing me.

"You were going to kill Detective Gordon and he stopped you," he finally finished saying as everything slowly comes flooding back to me.
