Chapter Fourteen- Tell Me my dearest
Oswald's POV:
The men who were with me left. They exit from the building and walk away like nothing happened. Dacey is stood meters away and she doesn't look happy. But god damn she looks cute when she's angry. She walks towards me painfully slow, like a predator mocking it's prey.
"You just killed a guy." I state in horror. I knew she was bad but not killing material bad. She simply shrugs her shoulders like it doesn't affect her at all.
"Whose going to tell?" She asks me, mocking me once more. But she is right, if I tell then I'll be the snitch again and I will be taken out to the docks to be shot. But this time I will not return from the dead
"A little birdie tells me that I was with you last night and that little birdie also says that you know information you shouldn't know." I smile as she says this. Ah, last night was fun was it not? She walks towards me getting closer with each step as I just grin.
"I know this worm won't tell a soul about what he heard." I say confidently. She looks at me and huffs.
She sighs turning on her heel and starts to leave before abruptly stopping and turning her body to face mine again.
"Oh really? Because I think that the worm isn't telling me something that I might want to know involving last night." She points out. I look at her blankly and shrug my own shoulders mocking her back
"What do you remember?" I ask her curiously as she wonders closer to me.
"I remember telling you about my ex fiancé. I remember telling you about my plan. Well sort of. And I remember waking up in a bed in my pyjamas with my hair nice and softly brushed." I slightly blush at the end bit, yes I did change her and her hair needed to be brushed, it was messy. I grin widely suppressing any other emotions I have.
"Well I did want you to be peaceful my dearest." I say before she storms towards me, anger in her green eyes and grabs my collar and brings me closed to her, almost chocking me.
"Tell me dearest what am I missing?" I love that she is touching me, but maybe I would have preferred a different scenario to this one. She doesn't remember about the kiss. This could be fun. I grab her hand which held tightly on my shirt and hold it in my own before kissing it lightly. She pulls her hand away disgusted and I smirks again.
"What aren't you telling me?" She asks sternly. I walk back a tiny bit and open out my arms.
"Wouldn't you like to know." I mock her. She glares at me and looks as if she would rip me to pieces.
"Tell me..." She hisses. I laugh and then shake my head.
"No sorry sweetheart, not going to happen." She walks towards me and takes out her gun and points it at me. The gun is aimed at where my heart is. She clearly wouldn't want me to die instantly.
"Tell me Penguin." She demands using my pet name. I smirk and look into her green pools, something has changed in her and I don't know whether it is a good thing or a bad thing.
"Don't you like calling me that name." I tease. She clicks the top of the gun but I see hesitation.
"You wouldn't do it." I mock as she shakes her head.
"I would kill you in a heart beat!" Hesitation. Hesitation.
"You'd regret that decision Dacey. I know you would." She looks at the gun and then glances at the kan behind me before shrugging her shoulders pulling the trigger.
I fall backwards clenching my chest. She smirks looking down at me. SHE SHOT ME! SHE ACTUALLY SHOT ME!
"You shot me!" I exclaim as she laughs cold heatedly.
"Don't worry it won't kill you, and it hasn't killed your buddy over there. It'll just make you sleepy, just good old tranquillity." She points to the man behind her. I see a small needle in me and yank it out. I scowl at her. She is better like this. She wants and I am not going to give it her. She crouches down to my side and holds my cheeks.
"What aren't you telling me?" She asks softly. I twist my finger in her hair leaving a small loop, curling it.
"Come closer and I'll whisper it to you..." She foolishly leans her head in and as soon as she does I pull her head close to mine and smash my lips onto hers.
She tries pulling back but I have firm grip on her hair and I am enjoying every single moment of this. When I finally let go she jumps up in shook. I grin looking at her and lick my lips, tasting her.
"Umm, strawberry." I moan out. She growls and slaps me across the face. Totally worth it!
"You just kissed me!" She shouts. I nod my head and laugh.
"Just like last night." I tell her. She zones out for q second going into her own world before snapping back into reality and looking pretty pissed at me.
"You kissed me last night?" I laugh as I start to feel drowsy. The drugs are slowly kicking in.
"I what?" I smirk closing my eyes.
"You heard..." She mutters angrily before all I see is darkness.
