[Kyuhyun POV]
Days flew so fast and it was the day of bestowment of ranks to us. Mixed emotions keep on getting in and out of my system. I do hope I will create any mistake or else it will be a huge embarassment not only to me, but to our group as well.
After we had our breakfast, the maids and butlers came in to our rooms and showed us the Gala uniform that we will be using for tonight’s event. Since the said event will take place later tonight, we still have a few more hours of free time, so I went to Sungmin hyung’s room.
After I knocked on his door, and he opened it with his face like he just came of shower room.
“Oh kyu! What brings you here?” he said as he let me in inside his room.
“Nothing hyung, I’m just bored so I went here beside I can’t go to Lei yet until later this evening.” Yeah, I can’t see my girlfriend until the event since she told me that she also needs rest some more and I don’t want to disturb her.
Sungmin went to the closet room and went out in a more casual clothes.
“Too lazy to move today eh?” I teasingly said.
“Well, said by someone who is bored to death.” He teasingly attacked back.
There was an air silence inside the room until I decided to ask him again.
“Hyung, do you know what happened to Heather and Donghae?”
“You noticed it also huh?” he said as he closed the book that he is reading.
“Actually, I did tried to talk to him, and the only thing that he opened up to me is that He and Heather already broke up.” I said.
“Jincha? Wae?” he was also shocked.
“I don’t know hyung, that is why I am asking if you any idea on what happened?” I asked.
“I don’t have any idea kyu, I just noticed that these past few days he was in a gloomy state and he just stayed inside his room. We even asked him yesterday to go out horse back ridding with us, but he close his doors to us.” He explained.
“But maybe, Teukie hyung knows.” He added.
Then that hits me, I never thought of that at the first place.
We went to Leeteuk hyung’s room and we saw him on his balcony sitting while sipping a cup of tea.
“Kyuhyun-ah! Sungmin-ah! What can I do for you?” he asked as he put down his cup on the table.
“Hyung we cam here to ask you something?” I said.
“What is it?”
“Did you know why did donghae is acting strange this past few days?” Sungmin asked.
“Yes”
“Why? Why didn’t you told us?” I asked.
“Because in this case, only Donghae can heal his own wounds and all we need to do is be here for him in case he is ready to open up himself again.”
“But do you know the reason behind of his actions?” Sungmin asked.
“Do you really want to know?” he said as he closes the doors of his balcony and came inside his room.
“Of course hyung! We are also worried on him” I said.
“I will tell you, but you have to promise me that you will not tell donghae that I tell you this.” He said and we both nodded.
