My phone died and it seems that from collapsing at the train station to now a lot of my stuff has gone missing, including my charger. Took me 24 hours before someone let me borrow their charger and in those hours a lot happened. I was assessed by a team of mental health professionals again, for what feels like the one millionth time this week and they gave me the choice of being informal or sectioned again. This time I would be in the mental health hospital in my home town, so I agreed to go informal again. I keep getting small moments of lightheadedness, feeling dizzy or nausea. Also I have a sore throat, a cough and pain in muscles I didn't think I had. I'm hoping to get discharged soon so I can get back to work but this hospital is so slow and they don't seem to be in any rush to get me home. A few more days to recover isn't a bad thing though, espically considering I'm having trouble with my memory. I should be seeing a doctor in ward round tomorrow but I'm not hopeful.
