I woke up in feeling pain all over my body. I glance over and see Maddie hugging Emma and she's crying. "Mm-Maddie?" My voice comes out as a whisper. Her head Shoots back and she runs towards me. "Matt are you ok?" She says with worry in her eyes. "Yea I'm fine just a little sore." I explain. "Hi Mr.Espinosa. "You have a few bruises but you will be fine, but try not to do anything that physical for a few days." The doctor tells me. "Alright." I say to her. "Your free to go." I get up, and I feel horrible, my ribs are hurting my right eye is throbbing and my fists are white from punching. Maddie helps me up. I get out of the room and my mom is standing there. "Matthew lee!" She scolds. "How did this happen?" She asks. "Ill explain later." I say, "she huffs. "Well are you feeling alright?" My mom asks. "Not really." I say. "Well we better get you home." She says. "Thank you Maddie for calling me." She says to her. "No problem, mrs.espinosa." She smiles. "Oh please honey call me Karen." My mother smiles at my beautiful girlfriend. "Ok." She smiled back. "Well bye sweet heart, thank you again." She hugs her. "Bye, call me later and tell me how your feeling." She says hugging me and kissing me." Ok. I tell her. "I love you." I say. "I love you too." She says. And with that she leaves to go home. "You guys are so cute." My mom gushes." Stop mom." I say. She laughs.
I don't even deserve her.

1 HOUR LATER
MADDIE'S P.O.V-
Matt is now ungrounded and he is allowed in school. I take out my phone and call matt to see how he is doing. "Hello?" He answers. "Hey." I smile. How are you doing?" I ask. "I'm alright, just kind of banged up, but ill be alright." He assures me. "Ok good." I say. "Well I have to go." He says. "Why?" I ask. "B-because I'm not really feeling well a- and I just want to sleep. He says nervously. "Um well ok." Well I love you." I say. "Yea by." He says and hangs up. Well shit. All of a sudden my phone rings and I answer it. It's Emma. "Hey." I say. "Hey we haven't hung out in forever!" Do you want to go to the mall?" Yea sure why not." I say. "Are you ok?" She asks. "Yea I'm fine." I explain. " I know your not fine, I'm going to go pick you up and were going to talk about it." She says to me. I chuckle. "Ok ill be ready." I say. "Alright Ill see you in a few minutes." Ok. She says. "Bye, bye.
A few minutes Im dressed an ready to go out with Emma. She pulls up in her BMW and i head out to get in her car. "Hey." She smiles. "Hey." I say. "So what have you been up to?" She asks as she starts driving to the mall. "Nothing much, how about you." I ask. "Maddie, I can tell your not ok, what's wrong?" She asks. "Well.. I was talking to matt on the phone to make sure he was ok, and we talked for like 2min and he hung up on me." And he also seemed really nervous." So I'm kind of nervous. " I explain. "Well maybe he was in a rush?" She says. "Maddie I wouldn't worry about it." She assures me. "Your probably right." I'm just overreacting." I say. We finally arrive at the mall and we head in side. "So what store do you want to go to?" She asks. "How about forever 21?" I say. "Yea lets go." We both head in and we see the one person, that we didn't expect to see. Ashley. She walks over to us. "Oh my god girls look, it's the ugly trolls." She says. And all of her friends laugh. "Oh my god Maddie look it's all the prostitutes!" Emma says. I mentally applaud her. "Get out of my way." She says walking away. "Hey Ashley?" Emma asks. "What?" She asks with a disgusted look on he face. "Yea, SUCK MY ASS!" She shouts. We both start laughing. Emma And I end up getting to outfits, and then going to get some dinner. I guess today ended up being pretty good.
