Chp21

After hanging out with Emma I head home. I go inside and my mom is gone, I guess she's at work. I walk up stairs and get dressed in some sweats and a T-shirt and wipe my makeup off. A few seconds later my phone rings, I see the number but I'm not quite sure who it is. I answer it. "Hello?" I say. "Hey Maddie, it's Robert." He says. "Oh hey." "So um, I was wondering.. Do you maybe want to, like hang out tomorrow?" He answers shyly. "Yea sure why not." I say smiling. "Great, can I pick you up around 3:30?" He asks. "Yes that would be great." I say. "Alright ill see you tomorrow." He says. "Ok bye." I smile. "Bye Maddie." He hangs up. I smile to myself. And then I remember that matt didn't call me back, so I dial his number and call him. It rings and rings and rings, no answer. I huff and throw my phone on my bed. I grab the remote and put on Netflix, I put some popcorn in the microwave and watch mean girls. My phone goes off with a bunch of tweets from twitter I grabbed my phone.

@mattsmybae- why is matt not like tweeting anything today?

@ashylen445- @mattsmybae- it's probably because of that bitch he's dating she was probably bitching about something.

Hollywoodstyles- ugh this slut. Why doesn't he just brake up with her already.

Do these people really hate me that much? I think to my self. Tears stream down my eyes. What did I do to deserve this? I check my phone, still no answer from matt. Why does he have to be so god damn difficult! He doesn't answer my calls, he doesn't call me back. I don't get it. I wipe my eyes and just go to sleep.

*Next morning*

I woke up and it was 10:45. I got up and checked my phone, still no call back from matt. Ok then. I then remembered that I'm hanging our with Robert today. I head to the bath room and my eyes are all puffy and red because of crying. I wipe my eyes and wash my face. I decide to go to the mall and get some clothes. I need some. I get dressed in some jeans and a flannel shirt. I grab my jacket and keys slip on my shoes and head to my car. A few minutes later I enter the mall and go to forever 21. I grab a few sweaters, sweatpants, A skirt, and a cardigan. I pay for my stuff and head back to my car.

Matthews P.O.V-

I checked my phone and I had a few miss calls from Maddie, but I didn't feel like answering them. Ill call her back later. I get dressed, and my phone rings. It's my friend Alex. "Hey was up?" I answer. "Hey there's like a crazy party, at my house today." He explains. "Seriously, a party on a Sunday?" I ask. "Yea so what?" He asks. "Whatever never mind." I say. "Ok, so you in?" He asks. "Yea whatever ill be there." "Ok well it starts, at like 5:30. He says. "Alright ill see you later." I say. "Alright bye. "Bye." . I hang up. I walk down stairs and my mom is there. "Hey mom." I say. "Good morning matt." She smiles. "So where's Maddie?" You haven't really been talking or having her around lately." She says. "Did something happen?" She asks with a worried look. "No mom nothing happened." I snap. "Well you haven't been talking to her, so I was just wondering." She explains. "Well why don't you mind your own damn business, and leave me alone." I snap again. I grab my car Keys and slam the door behind me. Maybe I should go to Maddie's, I need to catch up with her. I drive to her house, an get out of my car.

Maddies P.O.V-

I check the time it's 2:50. So I get changed in my outfit and do my makeup. By the time I'm done its 3:10. He will be here in 20 minutes. I walk down stairs. And there is a knock at the door. Wow he's early but I guess it's ok. I open the door and it's matt. "What are you doing here?" I say. "I just came to see you." He says. "Why haven't you been answering my calls?" I snap. "I called you and you didn't call back I texted you but you didn't text back." I say. "I was busy." Is all he says. "Really?" You were busy. "For 2 whole days?" I say. "Yea." He says. I huff and sit down on the couch. He sits next to me. "Have you seen what people are saying on twitter?" I barely say. "What?" N-no. "What are they saying." He stutters. "Well there saying you haven't been on any socials media because your annoyed with me,

Or that I did something wrong." And

That they want you to dump me." I say. "Oh." Is all he says. "Oh, is that all your going to say?" Oh. "What do you want me to do?" He yells. "Tell them to just leave me alone!" I shout. "You know it's not that easy!" He shouts.

"Of course it is all you have to do is tell them to stop!" Matt there saying very rude things about me that are not even true!" And I'm sick of it!" I yell. "Well maybe the things that there saying about you like your a selfish bitch, maybe they are true!" He shouts. I stop talking. And just stand there with no emotion. I want to die inside and just hide. "Maddie I-." He starts to say but is cut of by the door bell ringing. "Who is that?" He says through his teeth. "None of your damn business, now get the fuck out of my house!" Yell. I open the door and Robert is standing there. "Hey Maddie." He smiles. "Hey." I say. I walk out side, with him. Matt grabs my wrist. "Why the fuck is he here!" Where are you going." He asks. "I'm going to hang out with him, because ya know he's actually likes me and doesn't think I'm a selfish bitch. I snap. "Maddie you know I didn't mean that." He Says with plead in his eyes. "That's hard to believe." I say and walk away. "Matt grabs Robert by the caller of his shirt and pins him to the wall. "If you touch her or even hurt her, I will kill you." He shouts in his face. "Matt!" Leave him alone!" He didnt do anything wrong!" I shout pulling him off of him. "Maddie please, don't go." He says with plead In his voice. "Good bye matt. I say. I'm hurt. Bye him again. I can't do this anymore. "Hey are you ok?" Robert asks. "Yea I'm fine." I say. "I'm sorry about him." I say. "It's fine don't worry about it." Why don't we just have some fun." He smiles. "Ok." I smile back. I turn to face the window and matt is standing there. I look away. Robert starts driving. I need to get away from this.
