"So she didn't help you at all?" Aston asked, playing with my fingers as his arm was slung over my shoulder while we were sat in his chill room.

I'd called Aston after my mum had left and just ranted to him. But he didn't catch a word of what I was saying, one reason being because he was driving and couldn't really concentrate and the second reason being that I didn't really take a breath when I was talking to him. He just told me to make my way over to his place and I can tell him all about it there instead.

"Not really," I lied. "She just annoyed me with everything that she said! Banging on about me becoming a teacher!"

"She's your mum, you'd think she'd be supportive." He sighed as I slouched down and rested my head on Aston's chest.

"You'd think," I sighed as he pressed a kiss against the side of my head. "Part of me wants to go to America and just prove them wrong you know?"

"Yeah I guess," He said, tensing up a little bit. "But you could always prove them wrong here."

"Ast," I sighed as I sat up to look at him, his arm dropping from my shoulder. "You said you weren't going to do this."

"I know, but I'm not sorry. I don't want you to go." He replied honestly.

"You can't say that!" I huffed as I stood up, leaving Aston sat on the sofa with a frown on his face.

"Why not? It's normal for a boyfriend to not want his girlfriend to go living halfway across the world!"

"Y-You're meant to support me, not stop me from going!"

"I am supporting you!" He said, raising his voice as he stood up too. "I'm not stopping you from going, if you want to go then go! I'm just telling you that if you do go, it'll hurt like hell."

"I need your help on this Ast, not for you to be telling me all this." I sighed as Aston stood in front of me.

"Look, I'm sorry," Aston sighed, running his hands down my arms.

"I'm not trying to make this difficult for you, I just don't want to lose you when I've only just found you...If you want to go to America," He paused, taking my hands and breathing in deeply.

"Then go. Forget about everyone here, there's Skype and FaceTime for that and I'm sure you can come back and visit. You go and make yourself absolutely massive out there, show everyone exactly what you've got and prove anyone who ever doubted you wrong...And for every second that you're out there, just know that I'll still be here, loving every single part of you, texting you everyday to make sure you're okay, until the day you come home, if you come home. But if you do leave, don't ask me to move on from you, because that's one thing I won't be able to do. I love you more than I've ever loved anyone, so don't expect me to find someone else any time soon."

I didn't need to reply, not that I could, I simply edged forwards and pressed my lips against his gently before he moved one of his hands away from my own and rested it on the side of my face, pulling me closer to him and deepening the kiss.
