We messed around in the water for a little while longer before getting out and lying back down on our towels in an attempt to get a tan. Halfway through having a conversation with Aston my phone rang, so I excused myself to pick it up as I saw that it was Aimee.

"Yes?"

"Hey Luce, listen, me and the girls were talking and we want to apologise."

"W-What?" I stuttered, Aimee was never one to apologise.

"We were the ones that ditched you plus those guys were idiots..Can you forgive us?"

"Erm, sure?" I frowned as Aston looked at me with raised eyebrows.

"Great! Where are you? We'll come meet you, it's still a girls holiday after all."

"I'm on the beach, where the party was last night." I told her before we said our goodbyes and hung the phone up.

"What was that all about?" Aston asked, popping his sunglasses over his eyes before lying back on his towel.

"The girls wanted to apologise and they're going to meet me here."

"So they should, they were the ones who ditched you."

The girls took about ten minutes to get over to the beach and as soon as they did we all hugged it out and apologised to each other which resulted in us laughing at ourselves. I introduced them to Aston and straight away they knew who he was, making me feel even more foolish for not recognising him. Aston said that he didn't fancy being stuck with a bunch of girls for the afternoon so he called his boys and they were coming down to the beach too. Once Astons friends arrived we were all introduced to each other and the drinks started flowing, apart from me, I was just on water.

"So how about we hit the clubs tonight then?" Scarlett asked, rubbing her hands together.

"Yes!" Aimee and Nicole shouted together.

"How about we join you? We've not been out yet." JJ suggested as he heard our conversation, the other boys agreeing instantly while me and Aston looked at each other.

"Ast?" Tom asked, nudging Aston in his side.

"Erm yeah, sounds like a plan." He half smiled before looking at me again and mouthing 'another time'.

I just shrugged before Aimee asked me if I was up for it and I agreed. We carried on laughing and joking about for the next twenty minutes before we all eventually ran out of drinks.

"I'll get them, Luce do you mind giving me a hand?" Aston asked as he stood up, slipping his wallet into his pocket after he'd brushed his shorts down.

"Sure," I frowned, getting up and brushing myself down too before following Aston over to the beach bar whilst the others stayed behind sunbathing and chatting.

"Babe I'm so sorry-"

"It's fine." I cut across, resting my arms on the bar. I wasn't fine, I was quite annoyed that I'd agreed to this date that he was so persistent about and then he'd blew me off right in front of me, I don't get why he didn't just say 'no I've got plans'.

"It's not it-Erm, four pints, three sex on the beach cocktails and a water please," Aston ordered, after checking that I was still okay with water.

"I haven't told any of them about what happened between us two yet and I don't want to have to deal with the questions."

"I get it," I shrugged, sticking a straw into my water.

"You do?" Aston frowned.

"Yeah, you're embarrassed."

"What? No, Luce I'm not. Look, we'll go to the clubs tonight, wait until they've drunk enough and we'll sneak off and I'll take you to this restaurant down the road, they won't even know we've gone." He suggested as the barman brought over the pints for the boys.

"You won't blow me off again?" I asked as Aston smiled and shook his head.

"Then I guess I'll let you off, just text me what time we're leaving the club." I smiled as we carried all of the drinks back over to the group.
