Astons P.O.V.

After sending Luce that text, I decided to go for a drive to clear my head and calm myself down then before I knew it I was at Marv's house playing on the X Box, forgetting everything about what happened between me and Luce.

She threw me out. And she was awful about it. She shouted at me and told me to get out. I offered to help and she pushed me away. She was stressed, I knew that, but I was only trying to help her out like I promised I would. I didn't mean to be so horrible in the text but I didn't really want to talk to her and she just wouldn't stop calling me, and she text me as if nothing had happened!

Rochelle soon came home and we chatted for a few minutes before I got the message loud and clear that they wanted to be alone. So I left their house and headed back to mine, only to be stopped on the way by ambulances and police cars blocking the road surrounding a massive delivery truck.

"Jheeze," I sighed, turning my car down another street and locking it before heading over to see what was going on and when I could actually go home.

"Hey, what's going on?" I asked one of my neighbours as he spotted me and caught up with me.

"Dunno, I just heard the crash when I got home, apparently it's pretty bad." He whistled as we approached the tape.

"With the size of that truck I-" I laughed before my smile soon turned into a frown and my heart sank as I recognised the car and specifically the registration plate.

"No, that's not," I frowned, pushing my way to the front and spotting a familiar figure in the drivers seat.

"No..Oh God no," I mumbled, scraping my hand through my hair.

"Lucy!" I shouted, lifting up the tape and climbing underneath it as the medics made their way over to her car. "Luce!"

"Sir please get behind the tape." A police officer said, holding his arm out to stop me from going any further.

"She's my girlfriend, I need to see her!" I told him as I struggled against his grip.

"Behind the tape please sir."

"No you don't understand, I need to be with her! I need to help her!" I panicked as I watched her being taken to the ambulance.

"We can't let you go any further I'm afraid."

"Well at least let me go in the ambulance with her!"

"I can't let you do that sir."

"But-" I started, only to be shot a look telling me that this guy was getting tired of me right now so I took the hint and headed for my own car before starting it up and speeding to the hospital.

Once I got to the hospital I got a ticket and stuck it in my window before rushing into A&E and giving Lucy's name so they could tell me where she is. They told me that she was in surgery so I had to wait out here until she's taken into another room.

And sitting there for way over an hour can only lead to negative thinking. I can't lose Luce, not now, not ever. I can't believe I was so cruel to her in that text, the last thing I said to her was that I didn't want to speak to her. And now I regret it, because right now that's all I want to do. I want to hear her voice, I want to make her laugh, I want to see her, I just need her to be okay.

"Enough is enough," I muttered, lifting my head up from my hands and walking back over to the reception desk. "I've been waiting for ages now, surely you've got to know something! Anything!"

"Who is it you're waiting for sir?" The receptionist asked as I realised it was someone different to before.

"Lucy Thompson." I replied with a sigh, rubbing my hands over my face.

"Let me just look," She mumbled as she clicked a few things. "Ah! Well it says here that she's out of surgery-"

"Where is she?!"

"I'll call for someone to take you to her." She told me before heading into the back and sending another nurse my way, who led me into a lift and down a few corridors before we reached the room that Luce was in.
