The next two days flew by and it was soon Christmas Day. Christmas Eve dragged a bit for Aston yesterday because I was too excited and he was trying to calm me down. But it's a good thing that I'm excited because it means that I'm in bed from ten o'clock seeing as I'm wiped out.

But Christmas morning came around very quickly and me and Aston were up by nine o'clock, downstairs and ready to open presents.

"Merry Christmas baby," Aston grinned as he passed me a big red Christmas themed gift bag along with a sweet kiss on my lips. "I know it doesn't look like much but your main present was more than what I thought."

"I don't care," I laughed as I started to pull things out of the bag.

I'd already given Aston his presents from me. I'd gotten him a few new games for his Xbox, some clothes from Marc Jacobs, a new pair of Louboutin shoes, a new Givenchy watch and I'd paid for his next tattoo. He knew I'd paid for it because he had it done in the November that I was away as it was the only slot that his tattoo artist could fit him in, so it was an early Christmas present I guess.

"Ast this is gorgeous," I gasped as I unwrapped a dazzling lilac scarf, a fashion one not one that you'd wear in winter. "I've been looking for this for ages, where'd you find it?"

"I have my connections." He winked as he rested his hand on my thigh, which was oddly quite, how do I put this? Sweaty? Which meant that he was either nervous or really warm.

"Ast you shouldn't have got me all this." I tutted as I opened my seventh gift, which turned out to be a bottle of Prada perfume; one of my favourites.

"Sure I did, it's Christmas." He laughed before pressing a kiss against my cheek as I dug out the last present in the bag.

"Thank God this is the last one!" I giggled as I tore off the wrapping paper to see a black box, one similar to when he bought me the pair of diamond earrings last Christmas. "Ast, what is this?"

"You remember before you left for Paris, and you told me about JJ blabbing while he was pissed?" Aston asked as I nodded, the box open in my hands. "And you know how I said I wasn't planning on proposing any time soon?..Well, I lied."

"Wh-No." I stuttered as Aston stood up and took my hands, pulling me up with him before going down onto one knee in front of me.

"Luce we've been through a lot this last year and a half, ups and downs, but we got through it all, together. I've never done this before so I don't really know what to say," He chuckled nervously, keeping a tight grip on my hand. "Except, it's as simple as I love you, like, it's not even normal how much I love you. All I want to do is make you happy and see you smile everyday, and I'll do whatever it takes to make sure that happens...I know that this seems a little bit fast because we've only been together for as long as we have, but like I told you before Paris; we can get married whenever you want, have kids whenever you want, I just want to know that we'll be getting married someday and I won't be with anyone but you. Because my life would be miserable without you, it has been for the last three months with you gone..Lucy Thompson I love you, I want to take care of you, have kids with you and grow old with you. So, will you marry me?"

"I-Yeah." I smiled, looking from the engagement ring in my hand to Aston.

"Babe we can-Wait what? D-Did you just say yes?" He stuttered as I nodded my head. "You actually said yes?"

"Don't act so surprised." I giggled, wiping underneath my eyes as Aston took the ring box off me.

"I fucking love you." He smiled, slipping the ring onto my finger on my left hand before standing up and wrapping his arms around my waist and planting the biggest kiss on my lips.

"I love you more." I grinned as he tightened his grip on me.

"Not possible." He sighed before pressing his lips against mine again.

There it is. We're officially engaged. We we're gonna get married. I'd actually found someone that I was going to spend the rest of my life with. And I couldn't be happier.
