This happened to my grandmothers nephew who lives in Mexico, which is my uncle. When my uncle was 4 he would run around the house laughing and playing, my aunt would ask him what he was doing, he said he was playing with his friend. My aunt ignored it thinking it was just an imaginary friend. A few days later my aunt notices my uncle being depressed, she asked him what was wrong, he wouldn't respond, all he would do is cry. The next morning my uncle ran to my aunt telling her his friend won't leave him alone, he kept screaming that she was scaring him. My aunt asked him what his friend looked like, it was a girl with short brown hair, and had pale skin, she asked him what her name was, he said she didn't have one. My uncles father came home and asked him where the girl was, he pointed right beside him, he quickly closed his eyes saying that she looked scary and didn't want to look at her. My aunt worried she didn't know how to help, they had crosses put up and holly water on everything in the house. My aunt one day goes over to her neighbors house and tells her everything that was happening, that's when they found out what was going on with my uncle. A few years ago her neighbor was pregnant and was expecting a little girl, it was a still born, she was buried without ever given a name. It's been 15 years since all that happened, they ask my uncle if he remembers what happened then, he says he doesn't remember anything from that year, and he is thankful that it stayed that way.
