am i being followed or just going insane?

i'm moving with my family soon, i went with my step dad and brother to go and sleep there for the first time the other week, the first few nights seemed fine, a few days after, my mum and the rest of the family came over to stay, it was probably 1 in the morning when i heard something like a long wooden plank fall over outside the house, i assumed it was nothing but it still scared me, later that night my baby brother started to cry so i went to go give him his bottle when my mum was already there, i told her about it and she told me there was stairs to go underneath the house on the outside of the house behind my room which freaked me out. a few nights later i was sleeping on a mattress in my little brothers room because a huge ass spider in my room that i never caught (i have a huge fear of spiders) i heard what sounded like a toilet lid fall down and a few seconds later it sounded like the toilet fan came on but i couldn't here anyone turn the light switch on, there was numerous noises this night from the kitchen that i couldn't describe, the next day i went back to my other house with my mum and a few siblings, there wasn't many noises except from the floorboards creaking from my sisters room (we were all sleeping in the living room(i don't know how to describe the sound it was the sound you here when someone is walking above you(my sister wasn't home she was probably out somewhere like every night))). last night i was sleeping at my dads and i was just playing on my laptop and it sounded like somebody was walking up the stairs next to my room, i went to go check (i know stupid thing to do) and nobody was there, i feel as if i'm actually going loopy and crazy and these sounds are just in my head or that i'm being followed.
