Someone has been STALKING ME and my friend

So basically we moved into a new house a few months ago and its pretty far from town its a little apartment complex that's by the woods. Now we have a couple ponds and streams but there easily avoidable. this all started when i was walking with some of my friends through the woods looking for bottles and random stuff, we ended up stumbling upon a

tree that had fallen over roots and everything out of the ground we didn't think much of it until we saw blankets a knife and pillows. Now mind you were 500 feet from our apartment in the woods with some scary sh** going down and what do me and my dumb friend do leave a water bottle. We went the next morning to see the bottle with a knife through it against the tree. Now maybe 4 or 5 days later i see someone standing outside my friends house now it wasn't clicking in my head until that night when my friend started talking about the home thing in the woods, At that point i didn't want to tell him you know just didn't want to freak him out. The next couple days I ended up setting up cameras from old phones and honestly they weren't really noticeable. Now maybe a month had passed and i didn't see a thing but i got a bit of footage of someone dressed in dark green clothes walk up to my door and just knock now i wasn't home at this time so he just kept knocking but eventually he checked to see if my door was unlocked now my door is always locked for well things like this, so now today May 28 2019 i get up and go to work to come back to a note saying you better let me in carved into my outside wall and also a knife lying in my door. i will update next time something happens. Hey guys i'm back i called the police and they found nothing but basically i was walking and saw him just watching me in the woods so i ran home. next day i went to work and everything was fine but i thought i saw someone looking at me through my office window, i mean just staring.
