Nervous Dream

Fifty Seven

A couple of visions disturbs Jaehee on her way to his dreams,  but she moves fluently to where she needed to go. It takes only a few seconds before she lands herself under a snow tree inside the palace. The white walls decorated in gold flowers gave an amazing white veil occasion feeling. She ducks her face to look at the podium in the middle.

Luhan was losing himself to the kiss as he held Rian pulled closer to him. He sees tears flowing down his face as he cups her face and holds her dear. Her black long hair flowing by the wind and the little flowers in her hair making her look like an angel. When LuHan pulls away Jaehee hears the loudest cheers from the invisible crowd. The wedding she had always yearned for, was happening right before her eyes. His face washed away with overwhelmed joy as he slips his hand in hers and walks down the aisle. 

Jaehee, failing the terrible attempt of keeping herself together, breaks into a million tears.

As they walk down the aisle the palace seems to disappear slowly  and they step on pure white sand.

Jaehee takes a few steps back to hide herself from him.

In a second LuHan pulls Rian up, bridal style and walks slowly to the sea. Filled with extremely colourless water, the slight waves of the sea gives the feeling of heaven. He lets her go and slowly lands her back on the sand and the thick jelly like liquid runs over their feet. Just when LuHan turns to kiss her on her head, he sees Jaehee in the darkness. 

"Jaehee" He calls out before glancing at Rian and back at Jaehee before realization hits him.

"You are in my dream" He spells.

She smiles reassuringly and walks close to him as he let's go of Rian and walks to her. 

"Where are you ? I've been looking for you everywhere " he announces and Jaehee's heart breaks to how sincere he sounds.  

"Do you really love me. Luhan ?"

She asks gasping.

Luhan's eyes tear up before he tries to word an answer.  

"I know how much you loved me. Rian." He speaks slipping his hand in hers.  

"I would call you up in the throne room and rant at you. I would hold a grip of your hand pressing you to the wall and you wouldn't budge. When it reaches the peak you'd say 'Luhan, it hurts' through the tears before I let it go harshly so you are hurt even more." He sighs before he continous , staring right at her innocent eyes.

"You'd visit my dreams and see how much I wanted to get rid of your existence."

"I'd watch Eunhwa hurting you even more, thinking you deserve it. I'll watch you as you cry your heart out hearing all of those pathetic words I had to tell you. You wouldn't defend yourself or speak a word when I say you are a god forsaken cursed woman hungry for power."

"You wouldn't defend yourself " 

"You would hold 'em all. You held em all. That is how much you loved me, Rian."

"Luhan " She barely whispers recalling the massive pain she held in her for years long.

"Jaehee I" He hesitates

"I love you."

He cups her face with both his hands gently.

"All I want is one chance from you.."

".. to prove that, I have changed. I only want to take my crown process back, to where she belongs. "

A long sigh leaves his lips and Jaehee only stares at him through the tears.

"Save me" She spells. "Eunhwa has me locked up somewhere until the ship leaves. "

"Eunhwa ?"

"Save me Luhan. " He gets up and holds her by her shoulders.

"Where are you ?"

"I have no clue. I'm in a dark room. All I can see is you people through a window. "

"you people ?"

"A huge banner board of EXO. Wearing all white and light blue. I only see half of the picture , the top half . I can't move I'm cuffed to the bed."

"That's all you can tell me? Baby tell me everything you can remember. Every tiny thing"

"There are two lanterns.  Hanging right at my window ?" 

"It hasn't been that long. Does it rain ?"

"No. Not even a sign of rain since I came here " 

He wipes her tears and pulls her into a tight hug as he takes in his embrace.

"I'll come for you. I will. "
