"So what was that between you and Jimin yesterday?" Brian asked Jae as they packed up the blankets and pillows.

They lazied about instead of doing it early in the morning because the leader was absent.

"Well she's mad at me and I'm not even gonna deny it, I'm at fault... we ended up kissing somehow." The older one said. "It was just unexpected." He paused and laughed a little. "It wasn't a deep kiss or anything-"

"You seem so fascinated by it." Brian gave him a blank look. "And I could honestly care less..."

"No no just listen to me, lemme explain in detail."

"I'm really not interested but go ahead."

"So basically she told me to come pick her up from the company because her manager was running late so I went to get her but we ended up coming here. Plus she was sad so I wanted to cheer her up."

"When did this happen?"

"If you count today, then four days ago?? Anyway I'll continue. So we got here..."

**** Jae and Jamie arrived at Day6 apartment and walked in. He placed both hands on her shoulders and put her to sit on the sofa before sitting beside her.

"Now can you tell me what happened?"

Jamie sniffed a couple of times. "It's not that serious."

"Clearly." Jae said sarcastically. "Cause I don't see any tears."

Jamie stood up and attempted to leave but he held her hand and started laughing. "I'm just kidding... sit down."

"Can you listen and not talk until I'm done." she looked at him fiercely.

"I'm all ears."

"So you know how I had that one photoshoot."

"Mhmm."

"Well they photoshopped the pictures way too much and i complained."

At this point jae was already holding his laugh, making Jamie glare at him.

"I'm sorry." He adjusted himself and cleared his throat. "I'm listening."

"So I complained and the lady told me I should be grateful photoshop exists because I definitely need it."

"I mean-"

"Before you say any crap to annoy me, I'll just leave." Jamie stood up and walked out.

Jae didn't stop her this time because he knew she wasn't leaving for real. After a few seconds, he looked at his phone and watched a message come in from her.

What's the passcode?

He chuckled before texting her back. She unlocked the door and got in.

"You didn't even stop me."

"Because I knew you weren't leaving."

She grumpily sat down back.

"So are you gonna comfort me or ?"

Jae moved closed to her and put one hand over her shoulders so that she was leaning on him.

"You don't have to listen to stuff like that. Your body is perfect the way it is."

She tilted her head to look at him. "You're not just saying that are you?"

"Do I ever lie to you?"

Jamie pushed her head back in disbelief. "Really?"

Jae grinned and gently placed her head to rest on his chest again. "It's fine that everyone has their own opinion but it doesn't mean we have to care about every single one." He spoke softly.

"Would you date me if you were a guy?"

"I am a guy."

"Oh right," Jamie laughed. "You know what I mean."

"If we weren't the way we are, I definitely would be attracted to you."

"Oouuuuu." Jamie lifted her head and looked at him. "So you think I'm pretty?"

"Well..."

She slapped the back of his head. "Just say yes."

"Ouch??" He whimpered but nodded. "You're the prettiest girl I've seen."

"Ok you don't have to be so dramatic."

"Let's flip the question, would you date me if we met on a blind date ?" He asked.

"You're not bad."

"Is that a yes?"

"Um maybe. It's a maybe." She emphasized.

"i think we fit each other perfectly. We'd be a great couple."

"Ew no." Jamie moved an inch from him.

"Trust me, the least I want to do is date you but people say our closeness can be misunderstood."

"Just thinking about it. Ugh..." She shivered dramatically.

"What?" He leaned in and placed his lips on hers. It was for a brief moment and then he pulled his head back. "Are you disgusted by this?"

"Yah!!"

"What? I was demonstrating."

"Are you crazy ??!!"

"You can't even call that a kiss." Jae emphasized as if it was the most important fact at the moment.

"Look, you may not be conservative- or even sensible but know your limits." She stood up. "Don't ever do that again. I'm leaving."

"Are you mad?" He stood up and pouted. "I just did that instinctively without thinking."

"Let's just forget about it."

"I'll never mention it." He gestured zipping his lips with his fingers.

"I'm still leaving." She said and walked out.

"byeeee." Jae waved until she closed the door then he plopped down to the sofa. ****

"You're crazy." Brian shook his head when Jae had finished narrating the incident to him. "Where were the rest of us when this happened?"

"It's funny but you guys were here too, well just you and wonpil. You guys were in the rooms."

"So what if we walked out to see that happening?"

"It didn't even last a second, there's no way you guys would've seen us."

"Hyung, are you feeling unwell?" Brian lifted a finger and rotated it right next to the upper part of his head. "You seem to have lost it."

"I just felt the urge to do it..."

"You've been lonely for too long, that's your problem." Brian shook his head again.

"Well what about you... how was your long awaited date yesterday?"

"It was great... only that she wants a baby from me." Brian sighed. "Since I listened to you, hear me out."
