"Karma's a bitch."

• Park Jimin's P.O.V •

We were meant to be.

~ Hours Later ~

We were currently at the dining room and eating food silently.

Me, Yoongi and my father were there.

The awkward atmosphere was..a lot more then a person can handle to put this into words.

Honestly I would be fine if it were comfortable silence, but it was the most uncomfortable silence that I knew I had to break it.

"Appa. I know you don't..or you were misled to believe that Yoongi was a bad person. But how about we forget about the past and think of this as a chance to bond with a stranger who is going to be your..son in law." Jimin said

Jimshin looked uncomfortable as hell, who's to blame him. A man he thought was a killer that he had to execute multiple times is now marrying his son. Although proven innocent multiple times.

"Alright. So Yoongi. Tell me. Where's your parents?" Jimshin asked

Jimin immediately shook his head and widened his eyes. Of course he asks one of the worst questions to ask Yoongi.

"It's fine Jimin. My dads dead. Thankfully. He killed my mom. He was a crazy alcoholic. Almost killed me, my brother saved me. When my brother brought me to the police station the police were really unfair and didn't even let him speak, tossing him in jail. Not even caring for me who was young at the time and tossing me in some foster home. Which I escaped because of abuse and I lived on my own since then. I couldn't steal or anything but I ate from what I found on the streets. Then my brother found me, he stole lots of food, murdered, and was a criminal because of what the guards did to him. He was psychologically insane but sociopathic. He still wanted me safe because I was his only family. He gave food and weapons to me, even a shelter. In turn I had to do nothing. Until he committed many crimes and was the most wanted killer in Korea. He told me, 'For all the things I did for you. Now you do this for me' and blamed me for everything. I was fine with it. He made sure I wasn't caught in anyway and for sure didn't want me dead. So I trusted him. Who else could I trust? I had no other family. Some friends from high school, which he got me into." Yoongi said

Jimshin looked distraught. Like he should've known his police system was acting this way for so long. If they had done their job correctly, none of this would've ever happened. Yoongi's brother was a hero at the time, but he was never heard because his law enforcement had done such a shitty job.

Jimin looked shocked, he knew the first part of the story. He just never knew that Yoongi was in a foster care, getting abused and was on the streets. He just always assumed Yoongi stole food and a shelter because that's who he was, a killer. Yet he isn't. He couldn't even bring himself to steal. He was an innocent boy now a grown man, but blamed for things he hasn't done.

"Yoongi..do you happen to remember what the police station was called, or where it was..?" Jimshin asked

"Yeah. 87-12 Dionysus street. Why?" Yoongi said

"Guards! Have a car ready. We are going down there." Jimshin said

~ Half an hour later ~

"Senator! How pleasant it is to see you again!" The man behind the desk said with a fake smile

"Yeah yeah. Give me the report on Min Yunson. About a decade ago." Jimshin said

"Min Yunson? The teenager who murdered his father in cold blood, having the audacity to bring his younger brother hand in hand." A guard said, Yoongi recognizes him as one of the young guards who handcuffed his innocent brother at the time and clenched his first.
