Rough edit**** I tried**** you know how excited I get*****

Just to help everyone out during Owen's POV

Karen Newman, Mike Peyton (made up), Jer Stone (made up), Derrik Warren (made up), and obviously Wil Winchester.

Owen still doesn't know Decan's last name... but he knows its not Newman.

Mr. Taylor- Luke, Mr. Taylor Sr- Uncle

I also just want to say that I can't write every single minute of the day in these chapters or ... well I would never get to tell any actual story. Though it might not have been shown, Karen and her crew have been texting and communicating with Sang all week, as well as hanging out with her in the halls. You will understand why I am telling you this in a minute.

******oh and COMMENT PLEASE**********

Owen POV

"Dr. Sean, what is so funny?"

We had all been so caught up in my stand off with Miss Newman that we all missed Sang and Decan enter the room. All of the laughing and giggling tapered off as we all realized our mistake. There was about 10 seconds of awkward silence when Miss Newman of all people snapped out of it first.

"Surprise!"

A chorus of shouted "surprise" and "happy birthday" filled the room just a half second later. We had one job, and somehow we messed it up. Not even a minute has passed yet, and this party was already a disaster. Schooling my features, I allowed my gaze to take in Sang. She had a small smirk on her face, showing that she was slightly amused by all our awkward bumbling, but she didn't look surprised in the least. Instantly I shot my eyes to Decan, glaring my displeasure at him for foiling our plan. Why would he do that? Wasn't it bad enough that he was here at all? He barely spared me a glance, before he threw his arm over Sang's shoulder, pulling her in to his chest. I struggled to hold back the growl that was building in my chest at seeing his hands on her.

"Yeah, little ghost. Surprise!" he said softly on a chuckle with far too much familiarity.

Snorting, Sang elbowed Decan pretty hard in the stomach and stepped forward toward Miss Newman. She immediately wrapped Sang in a bear hug, lifting her clear off the ground before passing her to Mr. Peyton, who promptly picked her up around the waist and walked with her, squealing the whole way, until her back was pressed against Mr. Stone's chest. Mr. Stone then wrapped his arms around them both and started to rock them back and forth, like one would a giggling toddler. Other then the deep blush across her cheeks, she looked completely comfortable, and was laughing and squirming as if she was being tickled.

Mr. Warren and Mr. Winchester were standing on the other side of the Mr. Peyton-Sang-Mr. Stone sandwich chuckling, and ruffling her hair.

I was at a complete loss. When had Sang gotten so comfortable with this group of people? She wasn't cringing away or tightening up. She was smiling, and laughing, squirming around to get away from them, but in no way offended or afraid. She was never this easy around me, yet she seemed completely calm.

My team on the other hand looked anything but calm. Mr. Griffin was staring at the ground, his shoulders hunched and turned inward. Mr. Lee was staring open mouthed, body tense, shaking his head slowly back and forth in disbelief.  Mr. Taylor and Mr. Coleman were leaning against each other, smiling sad smiles. They looked proud, and happy that Sang was happy, but they also looked like they were sad to be missing out, and it was a feeling that I shared. I was truly starting to see how much I had missed out on getting to know Sang. Not just this week, but since the very beginning. Even Sean, who was in the same predicament as I with the school, was light years ahead of me in his friendship with her. Swallowing heavily, I turned my eyes to Mr. Taylor Jr and Mr. Korba.
