This is a little short, and mostly a transition chapter, but I needed it to get back into the feel of the different voices and story. Sorry if it's a little disappointing for the first chapter back... but I needed like a buffer chapter... only so much can happen. I want to cut some of the drama and this felt like the right start :)

Sang POV
Panting for breath, I took in the mess that was now my kitchen. The food fight had lasted what seemed like hours, until I had finally sunk to the floor exhausted from laughing so hard I couldn't breathe. It had felt amazing to just let go and enjoy ourselves like we did before everything came out. To fight and play and just enjoy each other's company. My face hurt from how hard I was smiling, and I could hear the dying chuckles as everyone started to settle back down.
My heart felt truly full for the first time in days, and I could see that all the boys felt the same. So much of the tension that had been weighing all of us down was starting to lift. Victor crouched down beside me, smiling wide, his fire eyes burning bright as they scanned my face.
"Are you okay, Princess?" His voice was hoarse, scratchy from all the laughing and yelling we had just done. I nodded, smiling harder, still catching my breath. He reached his hand out, palm up, waiting for me to take it. Taking a deep breathe, I placed my hand in his and let him help me up to my feet. He stayed close to me, keeping me steady, probably worried I was gonna fall right back over.
Before I could even think of what to do next, I was being lifted off the floor and thrown over someone's shoulder. "Let's go Trouble! Before we have to clean any of this up!" And then he was running straight for the back door.
"Hey, wait for me!"
"Fuck, be careful with her!"
"Don't you dare..."
But it was too late. Meanie had us out the door and running across the back hard, Luke hot on our heels, closing the door behind him and blocking out all their yelling. Laughing again, I smacked Meanie on the back and started wiggling to get down. I didn't think he'd let me go at first, but once Luke caught up to us, he lowered me carefully back to my feet.
Catching my bearings, I realized we had gotten all the way to the side of the house and no one had come after us.
"Where are they, why aren't they chasing us?" Snorting, Luke threw his arm over my shoulder, pulling me and Gabriel along with me, closer to him.
"They are probably going to stay and clean up the kitchen at least a little. My god that was fun!" He laughed softly, tucking his face into the side of my neck. The contact made my jolt a little. This type of affection felt so new, and a bit awkward still. Would it always?
"That's not fair guys, we should be helping them. Let's go back..."
"Nah, sugar. There are more than enough of them to clean up. You are exhausted. Let's head over to Nathan's and get the living room set up for a sleepover okay?" Shaking my head, I was about to argue when Gabe cut me off.
"Trouble. When was the last time you slept?" I stayed quiet, softly glaring at both of them. Sure, I was tired, but I still didn't think it was fair to leave them all to clean up a mess we basically started.
"That's not the point. We started that food fight Meanie! We should be the one's cleaning it up." Rolling his eyes he huffed, pulled away, and started walking towards Nathan's. Had I not spoken out loud?
"Bring her Luke!" He shouted over his shoulder, right before I picked up and dangling down Luke's back. I squealed, surprised and irritated that I was being man handled so much. I was about to fight, about to argue, when I just gave up. I was tired, and I just wanted to go to sleep. So I melted and just let it happen.
