The NCT 127 boys had been granted a few days off and Chaehyun immediately took that as the opportunity to spend as much time with Eleven as he possibly could. She was being super clingy and protective and Mark couldn't even enter the room without her staring him down and making him uncomfortable. God help him if he got within touching distance of Chaehyun.
Chaehyun was playing a game on his PlayStation with Eleven laying across his bare chest sleeping. Chaehyun's hair was a fluffy mess on top of his head and he was bare faced – his favourite look. The grey sweatpants hung loosely on his waist as he threw one leg over the other and leaned back against the headboard.
He cursed quietly as his character died and it was then that his bedroom door opened. Hearing the squeak, Eleven jumped up and barked at the door, which surprised Chaehyun causing his head to turn. Lucas had his back turned as he closed the door, so he didn't see the pure happiness on Chaehyun's face before he masked it with a 'subtle' small smile.
"What are—"
Chaehyun didn't get to finish his sentence as Eleven began barking at Lucas, who had tried to get on the bed beside her owner. The pair were actually surprised, Eleven loves Lucas and it was rare that she'd bark at him. Chaehyun narrowed his eyes.
"Is my dog feeling threatened by you?" Lucas stared at Eleven wide eyed. She was now standing in front of Chaehyun, peering up at Lucas with eyes that said 'he's mine.' Chaehyun giggled and lifted her up, placing her down beside him so that Lucas could sit down. "Stop being so territorial," he told her in a baby voice.
Lucas sat down but Eleven began whimpering. She looked up at her owner and continued crying. Lucas and Chaehyun shared a semi shocked look. She'd never acted this way before. Sighing, Lucas laid flat on his stomach and faced her.
"Evan—"
"Call my dog Evan one more time and I'll make her piss in your bed."
Lucas rolled his eyes. "Fine. Eleven. Can I pretty please sit next to my—uh—my...whatever he is to me. Let me sit with your owner and I'll give you dog treats whenever you ask for them for a month."
Eleven's ears perked. Now she was interested. She took a step closer and Lucas sighed.
"Dog treats and a new toy. How does that sound?" Eleven wasn't showing any signs of agreement or disagreement. Therefore, Lucas decided to take things slowly whilst Chaehyun sat and watched with a wide, amused grin on his face.
Lucas reached his hand out and hesitantly placed in on Chaehyun's knee. The two boys watched as Eleven looked down at the skinship, her ears perked and a puppy like look on her face. She waited a few seconds before nudging Lucas' hand off with her nose, she then licked the spot where his hand had touched.
Lucas' mouth fell open whilst Chaehyun threw his head back laughing as he clapped.

She had certainly been raised by Chaehyun that was for sure.
"Why does this dog suddenly hate me? She liked me like a week ago?" Lucas exasperated as he stared at the dog who was now snuggling her nose into Chaehyun's leg.
Lucas almost felt jealous. He only almost felt jealous because he refused to admit that he wanted to be the one snuggling up to Chaehyun, but apparently, Eleven wasn't having it. Chaehyun couldn't lie, he was very much enjoying Lucas' 'non existent' jealousy.
"Okay. Eleven. I'm going to hug your goddamn father and you're going to do nothing about it." With that, Lucas launched himself on top of Chaehyun, who let out a humph sound, clearly not expecting it.
By mistake, Chaehyun turned his head at the exact same time that Lucas did and their lips brushed slightly against each other. Eyes wide, they literally stared at each other. The moment was quickly broke when Lucas felt something on top of his back.
Turning his head, he found Eleven now curled up on top of his back giving him no choice but to stay on top of Chaehyun who was grinning from ear to ear. Lucas had assumed it was because of the situation. That's until the older boy decided to let him know what he was really smiling about as he burst out laughing.
"Eleven just peed on you. You disobeyed her."
Lucas let out a loud curse and gently started to move, prompting Eleven to jump off his back. Once Lucas was away from her owner, she trotted – waggling her little butt sassily – towards Chaehyun and laid down on top of his chest. She stared Lucas dead in the eye and let out a content sigh.
Chaehyun threw his head slightly back once again as the laughter bubbled out of his mouth happily.

His hand came down to run through Eleven's fur whilst Lucas tore off his shirt. The younger boy tossed it on the floor and stared at the boy and his puppy with narrowed eyes.
"I hate you both."
Chaehyun held his hands up. "Hey! She peed on you, not me. Besides, you shouldn't have touched her man. She doesn't mess around when it comes to sharing me with anyone."
Lucas huffed and threw himself on top of Mark's bed.
He'd just lost a battle...
A battle to a dog.
