▽ NCTDAILY; Drive with Lachlan ▽

Just gonna give you a warning, this is extremely random and just really badly written. It was like 3 AM and I was hyper.

The car door slams closed after Chaehyun slid into the drivers seat. Obviously, he had set up the camera before and his little entrance was planned. "HELLOOOOO CAN YOU HEARRRRR MEEEEE—" he broke out into a fit of coughs before staring at the camera with a smile. "I'm Lachlan. Love me or go away. Thanks."

He adjusted his seatbelt and then his seat before slipping the keys into the ignition and starting up his car, mumbling the words 'its the remix to ignition,' as he did so.

"So I've come to terms with the fact that cats just genuinely dislike me," he started off as the car began to move. "You know, like I was upset for while, it hurt me deep in my heart but now I'm just like...it's not worth it. That creature is not worth my hurt."

For a moment, it genuinely looked like Chaehyun was deep in thought about these cats disliking him before he let out a high pitched scream, cutting through the silence.

"Haha, did I scare ya? I think I scared ya? Stop lyin I scared ya." He was genuinely unsure of where all of this energy had come from but...he liked it. Though, he wasn't sure whether it was a good idea for him to be driving a car whilst being this excited. "One time, I scared my grandmother and almost gave her a heart attack. Love u gran."

"I pushed Chenle into a door once—OOH SHOULD WE LISTEN TO SOME MUSIC?!!!" He pulled out his phone and connected it to the car and when he came to stop at a red light, he threw on a song. "LAY YOUR HEAAAAAAD ON MY PILLOWWWWWWWWW!—what the actual hell is happening to me? Did I do an intro?"

"Anyway, How have you guys been? Good? Bad? Tell me in the comments section. Have you had a good day, bad day? Why you're having a good or bad day? Talk to me. TELL ME YOUR PROBLEMS."

For the next ten minutes, Chaehyun seemed to have calm down and was driving alone the empty roads, taking in the scenery.

Until, he got another burst of energy. "SHE MY CHERRY COLA, I DON'T KNOW THE WORDS THOUGH BUT I LOVE THIS SONG YEAH—should I buy a goldfish? Like real question, I think Eleven is lonely and I want a goldfish. Should be buy one?" Chaehyun slipped into a deep thought as he pulled over on the side of the road.

He grabbed his phone and pressed the most recent contact.

"CHAECHAE!" Screamed Lucas down the line causing Chaehyun to grin.

"LUCAAAASSSS! I've been thinking and I think I want to give Eleven a sibling." His time was genuinely serious and his lip found its way inbetween his teeth.

Lucas gasped. "We should adopt TOGETHER!"

"I want a goldfish. You down?"

"Obviously but don't get one yet, I want us to go get one together." Chaehyun scrunched up his nose for a moment before sighing.

"Fine. But I get to name it."

"You get to name it. Where are you?" Questioned the best friend on the other end of the line and for the first time, Chaehyun genuinely seemed confused.

"I actually don't know, I just jumped in my car with a camera had a scream session, decided I wanted a goldfish, pulled up and called you. I have no idea where I am, I have been paying attention to the roads though, I promise. I'm a good driver," assured the older boy.

Lucas giggled on the other end of the line. "Okay, I have to go. Get home safe bud, I'll call you tonight and we can talk about our goldfish. Love you Chaechae."

Chaehyun's cheeks flushed and he rolled his eyes at the camera, before putting in a low, dull tone. "Love you more Lucas."

And with that, the phone call ended and Chaehyun began his journey home. "I have no idea what this was, expect a goldfish sometime in the future. I love you all, thank you for your support. You're amazing, I'm Lachlan and I appreciate you! Bye!"

In fairness, I'm half asleep so I don't have a clue what I just wrote and I'll probably regret this when I wake up in the morning. I'm about to go to sleep, so enjoy this because I may delete it tomorrow 😂 I may not, just depends how I feel.
