Chapter 59

Mallory's POV
I woke up and saw that the digital clock had the numbers 8:42. I looked to my right and Sarah was gone. I crawled out of our fort and went into the kitchen. I found Sarah and stacks of pancakes with bacon and syrup.
"Good morning Mal. Did you sleep well?" Sarah asked
"Yeah, did you?" I replied
"Yupp" she said popping the p "now let's dig in, I'm starving" she finished
I had a huge smile and ran to the table. I guess you could say I was hungry. She helped me onto the chair and we digged in. We talked and talked and we ended up having a little food fight.
"Mallory! I have sy- syrup in my hair" Sarah said laughing hysterically.
"I have syrup on my face if it makes you feel better" I said laughing too
"Let's go wash this off by going swimming!" Sarah said
"I didn't bring a bathing suit" I said
"Don't worry, I packed one for you just in case" Sarah said smirking.
I laughed and we ran upstairs and changed.
We went out the sliding door, similar to ours at home. We set our towels on the chairs and we went to the pool.
"Can you swim?" Sarah asked
I shook my head no.
"Don't worry, I have tons of floaters you can put on so you won't drown. Come with me" she said
I walked with Sarah to a little shed. when she opened it, there were so many floaters. I picked one that goes on both your arms. It had pandas all over it and I loved it.
She helped me put it on and she blew it up for me.
"Let's go!" I shouted
Sarah took my hand and we ran and jumped into the water. I went under for like a second and came right back up. We swam and played tag and all those other games. I was having so much fun.
We were getting tired, so we went to the jacuzzi to just relax and talk about whatever.
"Do you live by yourself?" I asked
"Yeah, that's why you need to come over more so I'm not lonely" Sarah said laughing slightly
"How come you got a big house when you're the only one living here?" I asked
"I loved the sight of this place and had to get it. Plus it's big enough for my family to stay here when they come to visit" she explained
"Ohhh. Do you have any brothers or sisters?" I asked
"I have a brother that's a year older than me" she said
"Will I ever meet your family?" I asked
"Of course. I would love them to meet you" she said with a smile. I smiled back.
"Let's get changed and go get ice-cream" Sarah said
"Yay!" I screamed
We got out and changed. Sarah wore white skinny jeans, a black tank top with a caramel cardigan, and some flats. Sarah packed me white tights, a black tank top, and a plaid jacket that went over it. I also had flats.
We took pictures with her camera and decided to take more pictures and get them printed later today. We were gonna make an album just of us.
We went downstairs by the pool and plants and set up a her camera. We took tons of pictures doing different poses. After we were done we decided to go get ice-cream.
We drove to the ice-cream parlor and we ordered our ice-cream. We looked through the pictures we took and laughed at the silly ones we took.
After we were done, we went to the camera store to print the pictures we took. We got 2 copies of each for the both of us to take.
"Come on Mallory, I have to take you home" Sarah said
I was having so much fun, I forgot about going back to the guys.
"Do I have to go home?" I asked
"I think you should even if I love having you over. Plus I'll see you tomorrow at your treatment and we'll have fun there." she said
"Okay" I sighed
"Don't worry, we'll have a girls sleepover again real soon. And we'll make our photo albums."She said smiling
I smiled and nodded my head.
We got into her car and drove to her house to pick up my bag.
"I can help you take down the fort" I said
"Nah, we'll save it for next time" she said smiling
"That's a great idea" I said laughing slightly
After getting my bag, we got into the car once again. After 10 minutes of driving, we pulled up into the driveway.
"Can you walk with me?" I asked
"Of course baby" she said
We got out and I took her hand. We walked in and all the guys were in the living room and they were laughing. I also saw the same girls from last time. I guess they invited them over again.
Sarah picked me up and Carried me upstairs to my room.
"Mallory, I want you to call me if anything happens okay?" She said
"Okay" I said
"Here's my number. Just match the numbers to the ones on the phone. I'll also drop you off home tomorrow from your treatment okay" she said
"I will and okay Thank you for everything" I said hugging her.
"No problem" she said smiling
She left my room and a minute later, I heard her car turn and I looked out my window and saw her drive off. I sighed and decided to go take a bath.
When I grabbed my clothes, I heard the door open.
"Mallory?" I heard a voice say
I looked up to see daddy
"I'm sorry Mal, I just lost track of time" dad said
"And I'm not your real daughter" I said not looking at him
"Mal. I didn't know what I was saying. I didn't mean that" he said
Few seconds later a girl came in calling for dad.
"Connno- oh, there you are" the girl said giggling
"I'll meet you downstairs, I need to talk to Mallory" he told the girl.
"It's okay, I'm gonna shower and go sleep. I'm tired from having fun today. Have fun. Night" I said
"Mal-" dad said but I cut him off "its okay. I don't care" I finished because I knew he was gonna apologize.
He sighed and went out. I took a shower and changed into my pj's. I didn't bother to eat, so I brushed my teeth and went to bed.

Sorry that I'm making the boys look like assholes. It's just to put some drama into this story.
