Chapter 97

Connor's POV

After we were done taking pictures with the fans, I looked around for Mallory to see that she was missing?

"Babe, have you seen Mallory?" I asked Sarah

"No, she was right behind me the last time I checked" she said

Before I could say something else, I heard a bunch of girls saying ' I FOUND THEM'

Don't get me wrong, I love the fans but sometimes you just need time to yourself and friends.

"Let's go around that corner by the exit" Ricky said

We all nodded and headed over there.

"I can't find Mallory!" I said once we were around the corner

"We'll find her" Kian said

"Kian, this place is huge with a lot of people. What if someone took her" I said panicking

"Babe, calm down, we'll find her"

"How?!? How are we gonna find her, if we can't go out looking for her because of all the fans" I said "I'm sorry babe, I just promised Mallory nothing bad would happen" I said regretting snapping at her

"I understand, don't worry" she said rubbing my arm

Then I saw Sam just walk off. I tried calling his name, but he just kept walking.

Sam's POV

I thought I saw a little girl come out of the bathroom. It was worth a shot to see if she was Mallory.

I walked up behind the little girl and tapped her shoulders. She jumped and turned around and I noticed that it was Mallory. "Please don't take me" she said closing her eyes

"Mallory it's me" I said

She opened her eyes and clinged onto me. I picked her up and she told me that Lucy was here. My eyes widened at the name and I headed back to the guys.

As I was walking towards them, I felt a force collide with my cheek and I knocked to the ground. When I looked up, everything was a blurry and I heard people shouting Mallory's name.

I looked to see a figure putting something on Mallory's mouth. I tried standing up and going after that figure, but I was punched once again and fell to the floor.

By then, everyone was already here.

Connor's POV

We saw sam come back and he had Mallory. We all sighed in relief. But then this man in a black jacket punched Sam and all of our eyes widened. We started running towards them, but they already put something over Mal's mouth. She was kicking and screaming and I saw security coming. Sam tried to stand up, but a lady came and punched him again from the side and he fell.

I ran and tackled the man causing Mallory to fall out of his arms. I punched his face only for him to get mad and punch me back. I fell off and hit the hard floor.

I looked up to see the two people running and the security chasing after them. Kian had Mallory, and Trevor and Ricky were helping Sam.

"Connor!" Sarah called out rushing over to me

"I'm okay, is Mallory okay?" I asked

"S-she's unconscious right now" Sarah said tearing up

I quickly bolted up and rushed to Kian.

"She's still breathing, don't worry. She'll wake up" he reassured me

I nodded my head and took Mallory in my arms holding her bridal style. The security came over to us and asked if we were okay. We said yes and they offered to walk us out to our bus that was meeting us right at the exit.

Even if the exit was right there, it was better to be safe.

"Did you catch those people?" I asked

The security guard sighed "sorry, but no. They got into a car and drove off. The license plate was ripped off, so I don't know how we're gonna track it" he said

"Oh" was all I said

Once we reached the bus because we called Julie to come, we thanked the guard and got on.

I didn't want to put Mallory on her bunk. I wanted to be right next to her, so I laid her head on my lap while sitting on the couch.

"Hey Connor?" Sam called out

"Yeah?" I asked

"Those people... They were Nick and Lucy" he said

My eyes widened. Everything was going so fast that I didn't even think it would be Nick and Lucy.

"Thanks for trying to save her sam" I said

"Of course. I'm always here for Mallory" he said

I smiled and looked down at Mallory.

'I'm so sorry Mal' I said kissing her forehead
