Third Person's POV

"You're fucking kidding me right now, aren't you?" The black haired woman spoke in disbelief as she threw a look at her other companion.

The white haired one nods her head, confirming the certain and resolute decision of the seventeen year old girl standing in front of their prisoner.

Her heart beats are normal yet it pounds so loud in her chest one wouldn't need Rue's sharp ears. She was determined. Despite the taunts the chained man gave to the young girl, she wasn't fazed in fear but in rage.

"You're still young, Emmi. And as young as you may seem, you are easily deceived. With your knowledge about them, they wouldn't let you go until they make sure you're no longer snooping. They will destroy your life."

"It's because of you, Leonus. You entered my life and pushed me and my family into walking in a world we weren't meant to go to. You destroyed my life."

The chained man went speechless for a moment at the girl's sudden outburst but he kept his act.

"And you say you're going to have a normal life after all this? You fucking misunderstood, Emmi. A normal life after this is almost impossible. You want to kill me? Be my guest, but that won't promise you a smooth future. There are many men like me who would cross their paths with you and they wouldn't be as merciful as I was."

"I need to remind you, Trevino. We--" the black haired woman gestured to herself and to her white haired companion.

"--Are the worst people you could ever encounter. Mafia is sure more dangerous than your small group of barbarians but it is also more than capable of something you couldn't give." She then turned to the young one.

"We can't promise you a good future, but we will make sure to keep our world away from yours as long as you keep yourself away from ours."

The girl went silent, contemplating silently with her mind but her rage didn't reduce one bit.

"Just give me the damn gun--"

As they argued, the silent one was too busy dealing with her head by the muffled noises just outside. Then she heard gun shots that can barely be heard in this area but the sound of her allies calling for help confirmed her suspicion.

"We're under attack." She spoke in a smaller voice than the other two coped in their controversy but their prisoner heard it right.

He flashed a lazed grin and snickered, that made the two stop what they were doing.

"I knew you were lying to me. My men are better than just an opening to your warm-up exercise."

"Fuck this shit." Sheer moved to undo the locks on their prisoner while Rue grabbed the girl by the forearm and guided her outside.

Sheer cuffed the man's wrists by his back and pushed him forward.

"You better not try to escape, Trevino. I'll put a bullet in your balls and have you eat them roasted in your fucking mouth."

They started forward, following behind Rue and Emily.

"I'd rather have you rub a soap on your tongue with how dirty your mouth is."

"Doesn't matter if my mouth's dirty when nothing in me is clean. As someone who lives in my world, you should know better."

The two stopped talking when more gun shots fired nearby and Sheer pushed the cuffed man harder to move faster.

"What's happening?" The young one among them asked with an alarmed and cautious tone.

"Trevino's men are here. You have to do as I say and follow me." Rue spoke demandingly but she didn't take her eyes off the path ahead nor did she stop walking.
