Third Person's POV
✳
What is happening? Who ambushed us? Leonus Trevino endlessly thought throughout the chaos.
He barked out orders and head up the rooftop of the building with several men behind him. He called on a chopper and ordered Samuel and Yen to escort Emily Wheelers safely out of range from the mayhem that will surely make this mall into a bloodshed.
He climbed up the stairs and opened the door, expecting to see the flying vehicle but instead found a woman standing in the middle of the open space.
She had short black hair, pale skin and wore a black leathered coat with a short skirt and knee high black heeled boots. With her hands over her hips, she looked at the man smugly.
"Who are you?" He demanded, feeling something is not right.
"That's something you will know later, Leonus Trevino." The woman smirks at him as she spoke and Leonus couldn't help but feel threatened.
This girl knows some things but she is just an insect. He thought to himself.
His men held their guns to their sides as he gestured them to be on their guard.
"Put the guns away, boys. Surrender and we'll be gentle." The woman remarked, one of her eyebrows raised.
We?
"As I thought. You were the one who attacked us." Leonus spoke, gritting his teeth in anger.
"Yeah. That's why I'm telling you to give it up."
The man briefly glanced around in search for a hidden sniper or any men she had to surround them, but to his relief and puzzlement he saw nothing in sight.
He raised his gun and aimed it at her, angry that she caught them in her trap.
"I don't know who the fuck you are, you sneaky bitch. But I will not tolerate those who disrespect me let alone who attacked me in the middle of work." Leonus spat out with a venomous tone.
Instead of raising her hands in surrender, the woman yawned and shook her head.
"I guess you want to have a hard time."
Ignoring this, the leader signalled his men to raise their guns at her but she didn't even flinch and just smiled wider.
"Now, now, we all know bad boys get punished."
One of them men pulled the trigger and shot but she easily stepped aside like an adult would dodge a small hit from a child.
"I know I called you bad boys but oh well. This is expected."
Half of the men started to attack firing their guns, only that she dodged low and kicked one on the stomach. The other she elbowed and she continued to move forward, bringing every person who attacked her onto the floor unconscious.
Angered at his men's weak determination against this woman, Leonus finally raised his hand with a gun and aimed to fire but a sudden stinging pain itched his hand and it turned worse.
The gun he held briefly disappeared and fell against the floor so he looked at the direction where the attack came.
"That wouldn't be wise, Leonus Trevino."
Another voice reached his ears and a woman who is the same age as the first stood a few feet away from him.
She has long white hair and the same black attire but had long black fitted pants instead of a skirt. And in her hand, is a gun which is lowered to her side after shooting his gun from his grasp.
