Ch18: Protective Father

Shoto's pov

I opened my eyes and yawned. I blinked a couple of times to fully wake up and saw Tamaki curled up next to me, head leaned against me and arms wrapped around my waist. The only thing that told me she wasn't asleep was the fact that her eyes were open.
"How are you feeling?" I asked, lifting one hand up from her waist to stroke her hair.
"I don't know" she mumbled. I have a small smile and kissed her forehead. I was alerted to the sound of the door downstairs opening and closing. I sat up and leapt out of bed, ready to fight whoever had just walked in.
"Dad's back" Tamaki whispered, getting out of bed and walking downstairs. I followed.
"Tamaki. Sorry that I didn't come back last night. It got late and........" Mr Aizawa stopped when he saw the two of us, eyes flicking between us.
"Why is Todoroki here?" he asked, looking at me suspiciously.
"He came over last night" Tamaki replied.
"What did you do with my daughter?" he growled, looking ready to attack.
"I came over because Tamaki called. She......... Needed help and called me" I replied. He looked over at Tamaki and I'm pretty sure his breath caught in his throat when he saw the bandages over her wrists and arms which weren't covered. Tamaki looked down in shame.
"Why him?" He asked Tamaki.
"He's......... My boyfriend" She replied, not looking up.
"Did you consent to him being your boyfriend?" he asked. Tamaki nodded.
"Come here" he told her. They both hugged.
"At least it isn't a loud blond" he joked. Tamaki smiled slightly. Mr Aizawa then turned to me.
"If you hurt my daughter in any way, I will personally hunt you down and make sure you take your last breath" he threatened.
"Dad, don't threaten Shoto" Tamaki told him.
"Yes sir" I replied.
"Alright then. Just don't do anything illegal. And no sleeping together either. I'm not having you get pregnant when your 16" he explained. Tamaki nodded.
'Wow. He took that way better than my dad did. I'm glad at least one of out dad's is alright with this' I thought. I looked up to Tamaki who had now walked over to me.
"We should get ready" she pointed out. I nodded.
'I'm not going to tell her what he said. That will be really bad for her mental state' I thought. We started to get changed, glad that I had a pair of clothes that I'd left here from when I was helping her study.
"Shoto?" Tamaki spoke up after getting changed.
"Yeah?" I asked.
"You visit your mum on weekends right?" she asked in a quite voice.
"When I'm not busy. Why?" I asked.
"Well....... You've met my dad so according to what I've heard, I should meet one of your parents and I don't really think I want to meet your dad yet" she explained.
"You don't need to meet anyone in my family if you aren't ready" he advised me. I shook my head.
"Its only fair" I whispered.
"Alright. If your sure. We can go see my mum in a bit" I told her. She nodded in response.
