Dark Hearts | Once Upon A Time

XXXiii. Reunion

Storybrooke. Present day. 

PURPLE MIST FLOATED through the streets of Stroybrooke as Emma, Erica and Henry ran through them to try and find their family. Fortunately they were able to meet with them having a reunion with Ruby, Keira and Granny outside ofGranny's Diner and Erica took note of how puzzled Gemma looked as she looks between everything in confusion  and she saw Keira run past but she didn't look like she was going to stop and reunite with everyone   

"What's going to happen now?" Ruby asks the group 

"Now" Mary Margret smiles "I'm going to meet my daughters!"

"So it's true?" Emma asks quietly but it was still loud enough that it alerted the group to the twins arrival, Erica sent her sister a don't be stupid of course they are look  and as soon as the raven haired former princess heard the voice of one of her daughters, it caused her to stop in her tracks and close her eyes as if she was dreaming the whole thing before slowly turning around and reaching out to the daughter nearest to her as if to check she was real and not just an illusion that her mind had conjured up before crying and rushing forward as she pulled the blonde into an embrace 

"You found us" She whispered through tears 

David takes his other daughter into his arms and as he cries, Erica hugs him back and whispers in his ear just like Mary Margret did with Emma "Y-You finally know who I am" Before she breaks away and the reunited family with tears in their eyes go in for a group hug

"Grandpa?" Henry asks causing everyone to break away and laugh 

"Yeah kid" David chuckles as he brings the little boy in for a hug "I suppose so"

"They did it" Henry exclaimed excitedly "They saved you"

The two sisters exchanged a glance knowing that that stamens wasn't exactly true but nobody seemed to notice as Mary Margret looked between both of her daughters and stated softly "They saved all of us"

"I ... Uh ... Well" Erica and Emma stammered ate the same time as they tried ti explain the situation but before that could happen they were cut off by one of the dwarfs and judging by the scowl that seemed permanently etched onto his face, Erica guessed that it was Grumpy

"Then why are we still here?" The dwarf snapped causing Erica to glare at the man  

"Uh that my friend is an excellent question!" David says, not even having to think twice before he stepped back into the role of leader like he was back in Enchanted Forest  and he looked around at everyone who had gathered hoping that it would give him some answers but before he could look into everything in more detail someone asked

"What was that smoke?"

As if on cue Mother Superior made her way over to the group and smiled softly with the blonde headed women covered in tattoos ex fairy who stated -- much to the surprise of everyone -- as since the curse had been broken nobody quite knew who Keira was    "That was magic. I can feel it"

"Magic?" Henry asked excitedly as he let his eyes slide over to the Mother of all fae folk  "As is in Storybrooke? Your the blue fairy! Do something magical"

Mother Superior shook her head "It's not that simple Henry,  there maybe magic here but I don't have my wand or even fairy dust"

Emma raised her eyebrows at the fairy, "Who would need magic?"

"The Evil Queen!" People shouted out and Erica was surprised that one of them was Gemma

Erica shook her head "No, this wasn't Regina"
