I leaned into Steve's side as he drove us onto the land of the Blood Moon pack, ran by Alpha Natasha. A few packs were making the journey onto the alphas territory for the mating season. I was in heat and Steve had done nothing about. No claim, no mark, nothing. My entire body was on fire all the time and I just wanted to be satisfied. "Thank you. Just have to train the others more and make sure we're prepared for anything." Carol nodded.

"Of course. If you need a pack by your side, it would be nice to be allies."

"I'll talk with my Luna about it. Thank you Alpha Steve." Carol smiled before her eyes glanced over towards me. "Brave of you to bring your Luna here unmated."

Steve pulled me into his side, "Mating season kicks off soon. What better place to mate her than near the falls."

I politely smiled at Alpha Carol as her and Steve continued talking. Carol gave Steve an unsure look but seemed to drop what he said.

"Well, watch out for the new pack members. It's their first mating season. Alpha Natasha should be back from her patrol soon. It was nice meeting you." Carol bid her goodbyes before Steve and I waited for the other alphas return.

Steve cleared his throat and Nat looked towards him, breaking her gaze from me and I almost whimpered.

"I was hoping with supplies running short in my pack, you and I could merge packs. Our lands would become one big territory and we could work together."

Nat hummed, "Take up the details with my beta, Pepper. And make sure you keep your girl close to you if you don't plan on taking care of her needs."

"Of course."

NATASHAS POV

The buff alpha didn't listen to what I had to say and as the weeks went by further into mating season, I couldn't control my wolf. My wolf loved the smell of arousal and apple cinnamon coming off Steve's so called mate. My wolf wanted to claim the girl and have her claim me. Both of us marking each other where our neck and shoulder met.

I watched with dark eyes and a hint of a smile on my lips as her and another one of my betas, Hope, smiled and laughed effortlessly in the kitchen as they made sandwiches. Steve wasn't anywhere to be found and I could care less where the pretty boy was. Hope and Pepper were the only two to know about my want and attraction towards the girl.
