"Excuse me, miss but could you grab those cookies on the top shelf for me please?" A little old lady asked me in the grocery store.
I smiled kindly at her and grabbed the jar of cookies, handing it to her as she thanked me. When she walked away I let out a small sigh, grabbing the rest of my stuff and checking out.

"Hey, babe." Nat smiled at me when I walked into my room, shutting the door behind me.
I flopped onto my bed and curled into a ball behind Natasha, my feet still managing to dangle off a little.
"What's wrong?" Nat asked me.
"Ihatebeingtall." I mumbled into her neck.
"What?" She giggled.
"I hate being tall." I pouted, "everyone always asks me to get stuff off the top shelf, or what the weather is like or if I play a sport. Like leave me aloneeeee."
"Well if you weren't tall who else would I ask to grab the liquor on the top shelf for me?" Natasha smiled goofily at me.
"Stopppp." I huffed as I playfully hit her arm.
"I like you being tall. Especially when we cuddle because I fit perfectly against your body that I feel safe... especially after one of my nightmares." Natasha turned in my arms and rested her hand on my cheek.
"And I like you picking me up when we kiss sometimes so I don't have to stand on my tip toes..."
Gently she pressed her lips against mine before smiling at me softly when she broke away.
"Those are both very good points." I licked my lips.
"I thought so. Now, can you go get the liquor off the top shelf please?" Natasha batted her eyes lashes up at me as I groaned loudly, falling out of bed because I'd do anything for this girl.
"I see where your priorities lie!" I yelled dramatically as I walked out of room towards the kitchen.
From down the hall I heard my girlfriend giggle before yelling back "I love you!"
