I'm now just in my room and I left Perrie in the living room. Why is she asking me for forgiveness now? I mean it's been four years, I forgot about everything that even happened.
"Uhm, I need to go get some groceries." I said walking out of my room to Perrie.
"You just stay here, i'll be back in an hour." I said and she nodded.
Am I wrong for letting her alone in my appartment? I mean I don't think she has bad intentions, but who knows. She surprised me a lot when we were teenagers. Even if she has changed some things never change.
After an hour I went back to the appartment with groceries. When I opened the door I saw Lucy and Perrie inside. Lucy is my roommate but she's also my best friend. We've been very close since I started college.
"Lucy? You're back? I thought you were arriving late." I said as I put the groceries down and hugged her.
"Yeah, I got on an earlier train. You didn't tell me you had guests." She said looking at Perrie.
"Ow yeah, this is Perrie."
"I know, we already met. You never told me you had still friends from high school? I thought you didn't talk to them anymore."
"Yeah, I don't, and Perrie is not a friend. She' staying the night here if that's okay with you?"
"I'm cool with that. We talked when I arrived here and she's so nice, I can't believe i've never met you before." Lucy said smiling at Perrie.
"Let's just sit." I interupted changing the subject.
"So how did you guys meet?" Lucy asked.
"We were in the same class." I said.
"For a couple of years." Perrie continued.
"Ow, and what do you do now?" Lucy asked Perrie.
"Not anything really, I dropped out."
"You did?? I wish I had the guts to drop out but you know gotta make my parents proud."
"You don't like studying?"
"Not really, I just continued because I didn't know what else to do. And it's my last year so dropping out now would be stupid." Lucy explained.
"Yeah, I get what you mean." Perrie answered.
"So Perrie, do you have a boyfriend?" Lucy asked Perrie and I raised my eyebrows at her with a mad look.
"What? I'm just trying to get to know her."
"I don't, no."
"That's cool, being single can be fun."
"Lucy, can we talk in my room, please?" I interrupted.
"Why? I'm comfortable now."
"Come with me." I said standing up and pulling her arm.
"What's up with you, why are you acting so weird?" She asked me when we got into my room.
"Don't yell like that, she's gonna hear us."
"Who even is she? You don't look happy that she's here."
"It's my ex girlfriend." I whisper yelled.
"What? You haven't had a girlfriend in like years, oow wait she's the one that cheated on you in high school?" She asked and I nodded.
"What is she doing here?"
"2 days ago she just showed up here out of nowhere, asking me for forgiveness. Her parents kicked her out because she came out to them and she has to wait 5 days until she can move in her appartment. We went to the hotel to ask for a room but there were only available rooms for tomorrow and yeah I couldn't leave her on the streets."
